Fantastic experience: Dear Reviewer If you are looking for a realtor, you should read this review, especially the end. It is very hard to be objective about a review for Andrew Bradshaw. Why do I say that? Although I have not read any of his other reviews, I would bet my life that most of his clients become his life-long friends. THE TASK AND OUTCOMES I was doing a 1031 exchange from out of state. My trusted realtor in my home state told me to use Andrew and don’t bother shopping around. He was the man! Skeptical, I gave Andrew a call. What I got was a technical expert in his field and was so impressed I immediately committed to work with him. He knew exactly what I wanted (which was a lot). Having limited time, he immediately gave us his full attention. After several dead ends, he suggested what I thought was a crazy idea at the time, to build a new house in 6 months and still satisfy the strict requirements of a 1031 exchange! Where I come from it would be too risky to try but after reviewing the assurances and contingency back-up plans Andrew was able to obtain from a trusted builder, we decided to trust him. Andrew handled every aspect of a complicated transaction from working with 1031 tax experts, negotiations with the seller/builder, meeting strict deadlines, checking on every aspect of the construction and negotiations with the builder, and he gave me much needed advice along the way. He was involved in literally every decision. He outperformed in every aspect. If this were Amazon he would get 5 stars for his technical expertise and actual performance! From a professional aspect we give him our highest recommendation without any reservations. THE RELATIONSHIP Needless to say, there were so many details and complications that in my opinion were “beyond the call of duty” that Andrew willing took on, especially with me being out of state and not able to be there onsite. He could have easily said that was not in his scope to do, but he never did. It was clearly obvious that he was honestly looking after our best interest out of the goodness of his heart. Our relationship began to evolve into a true friendship. I pick my friends carefully. Obviously, Andrew did more for us, and we did very little for him but I have no hesitation in saying that I would do almost anything for Andrew. He is such a kind and caring person. After the property closed his job was technically completed, however he continues to help us and advise us to this day. From the bottom of our hearts, we can say that he is more than our realtor now. Fantastic experience: Andrew was the listing agent for the house belonging to my aging mother and her disabled husband. When they moved into Assisted Living, I needed to find the right realtor to help because both me and my brother live out of state. Andrew met with us early on and shared his insights on the state and seasonality of the housing market. Fantastic experience: We moved to Texas from out of state. Andrew put so many miles on his car checking out properties all around the metroplex and sharing his guidance. In the end we landed in an awesome new construction in a great neighborhood at an amazing price. We literally could not have done it without his efforts and the work of his team.
