Fantastic experience: Great experience working with Beth and her Team on our house search! They all were enthusiastic, accessible, responsive and energized. Beth took time to figure out which neighborhoods might be most desirable to us, and helped us focus our searching that way. They provided great info on all the areas of HHI, including the current and expected costs of each one (these vary across neighborhoods, alot) Beth was awesome doing live video walk thru tours of homes with us, and also provided some 'after the fact' videos of properties of interest she toured at our request. We ended up purchasing a home not in HHI, but the search experience in HHI could not have been better, thanks to Beth & Team!

Fantastic experience: What a professional team! Beth and her team have patience like saints. We took over a year to find a house we liked. Beth never became pushy; the team just kept looking. When Beth called and said, "You have to see this one tomorrow," I flew down from Ohio the next day, and she was spot on. Then began the process of working towards closing. Morgan takes over to walk you through. Since we bought this house as a second home and handled much of it from a distance, Morgan became the extraordinare who made the experience so easy. Fantastic experience: Looking for a new home isn’t easy. But having the right realtor makes it that much more comfortable. We had been looking for a house for quite some time and had specific requirements that we needed in a house. This is when we realized that having the right realtor makes all the difference in finding just the right house. We had worked with several realtors prior to working with Beth and her team but none of them listened to what we needed. They just showed us lots of houses that didn’t fit what we were looking for. But then we met Beth and the Coastal Living Team and everything changed. They listened intently to what we were looking for even before showing us any houses. They weeded out all of the houses that they knew wouldn’t fit what we needed and only showed us what they thought would be a good fit for us. And then they found us the house that ticked all the boxes for what we needed. And they didn’t stop there. They were very involved in the inspection reports and what needed to be done by the sellers prior to closing and following up to ensure that it was done. They communicated with us daily on progress being made as well as things that were holding us up. They were actively involved with us from the day they met us up until the day of closing.
