Fantastic experience: The condo was a great location. It was very roomy and had been updated. The thoughtful provision of so many extras was great. Would have preferred more washcloths and towels. The free extras- bikes, golf, umbrella and chairs were great! Our only complaint is we needed more washcloths and hand towels. We would definetely like to book again. The staff at Hilton Head Properties were very helpful and kind. Great place to stay!

Fantastic experience: We had a very bad experience with another property and ended up moving to Hilton Head Property and WOW I can’t believe how beautiful and clean the place was and the people were so empathetic and amazing -there was not one negative thing I can say -the place was gorgeous spacious and every cabinet closet and drawer were so organized and neat - the pool And beach were awesome and the staff was very responsive ! I would stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes over the July 4th holiday. The house was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—an easy walk or bike ride to the beach with quick access to all the wonderful amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer. We appreciated how comfortable and well maintained the house was. It was the perfect place to gather as a large family after spending our days at the beach, biking, and enjoying all that Hilton Head has to offer. The home provided a peaceful and welcoming retreat! Hilton Head Properties did a terrific job of responding to all our questions and needs the entire week! We will definitely consider returning to this beautiful getaway sometime in the near future!

Fantastic experience: We have rented from just about every rental agency on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Properties is among the best. As an example, our rental house which was beautiful, didn’t have enough clothing hangars. We sent a text and within an hour we had a plentiful supply. Communication was great throughout including the lucky for us early arrival and late departure. Highly recommend HHP.

Fantastic experience: We spent an absolutely perfect week recently in one of the Hilton Head rental condos. The staff could not have been more accommodating and accessible. In fact, we are already set to return to the same condo for three weeks in the spring. It was furnished beautifully; we lacked for nothing. Every detail was covered. And the view was fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Stumbled upon this great location from the recommendation of a friend. The grounds and all associated facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Easy access to the pool and a very nice beach area and many outstanding restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Our unit was clean and perfect for two couples and the follow up texts and emails made check in and check out so easy! See you next year!

Fantastic experience: We rented a property in Sea Pines from Oct 15th. Working with the HH Properties team has been a pleasure, before and after arrival. They went out of their way to address all questions and needs we had. Property was exactly as advertised, and people on site were customer-focused and friendly. We appreciated how organized they were, from pre-arrival info they shared about the property and the island, and also the welcome package received upon arrival. Positive experience: We have stayed at Sea Cloisters many times but this was our first time in 303. I'm sorry to say that this is our least favorite unit. The unit is decorated very nice & bed (king) is very comfortable. However, this unit needs some work. First of all, there is no ice maker, ice cube trays etc!h! This should be listed on the website!! The patio door handle from the bedroom to the balcony is falling off and the master bathroom shower looks like it was done halfway. Sea Closters is a beautiful property & the view is fantastic. This unit just needs some updates.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Condo. The best views of the ocean on this Super Large Deck. Kitchen very well stocked with kitchen ware , Excellent Sheets & Towels including beach towels. Will stay at this until again.

Positive experience: We had a wonderful stay and it is a great condo! (unit 505) Our only complaint is the mattresses in the loft were not comfortable. For kids, they're probably ok. But for full-grown adults, it was not comfortable; two people chose to sleep their last night on the living room couches because of this.

Fantastic experience: 19 Dune Lane. Perfect size house for our family. LOVE the location! Extra ice machine was a huge bonus too. Excellent spaces both inside and out to gather for meals and games. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped for cooking meals but we were able to make it work. Definitely need to replace manual can opener.

Positive experience: We stayed at Sea Cloisters, Unit 310, and getting through the entire week on those beds was miserable! We love the Sea Cloisters location itself, but depending on what Unit you get you will have a very different experience. I don't think it's unreasonable to have decent mattresses when we paid thousands of dollars to stay here. The living room furniture in this unit was not great either, very worn out. This unit desperately needs an upgrade.

Positive experience: The location of this complex was great and included nice amenities. The complex was quiet and kept up nicely. Our specific unit is in need of upgrading and repair In the kitchen and both bath rooms. There was no ice maker in the refrigerator, a necessity at the beach. The main bed was very hard and uncomfortable for us. Both bedrooms could do with one dresser to make them less crowded. The recliner In the main bedroom is not needed and does not match aesthetically. The living and dining room furniture were both comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could overlook most items.

Positive experience: 2413 Windsor Place II is a nice, 2 bedroom condo that provides a great view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean...but trees do block lots of the view. The living room and kitchen are well-appointed. The faux wood flooring in both these two areas is a nice touch that provides an upgraded look. And I really liked that someone left instructions how to use the two cable box/router and tv remote controls. Kudos to whoever did that! INEXPENSIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS: The small, round table on the balcony needs to be replaced. I texted the rental office to advise them that someone prior to our arrival had apparently placed a very hot pan or pot on the table top and melted the plastic top. It was not replaced while we were there (no big deal), but it looks bad. In addition, I noticed the glass shade with the floor lamp in the living room was broken/shattered in certain spots, leaving very jagged edges. My guess is sometime in the past it got banged against the wall and part of the glass broke off. This should be fixed or replaced. There was no vacuum cleaner in the unit. We like to keep the place clean and I took care of this by asking the rental company to deliver one...which they did. I used it several times during out stay. Whoever delivered it left it in the large shipping box it came in and I had to assemble the vacuum. Not a big deal, but I was a bit surprised it wasn't assembled for us. Both bathtubs are very slippery and should have non-slip strips laid in them to prevent accidents. One of the bathroom sinks drains very slowly and should be unclogged. None of the mattresses or box springs are encased with protect covers to mitigate problems with bed bugs. Protective covers are inexpensive yet they can save the owners and guests a lot of headaches and expenses. I'm really surprised protective covers are not required in all lodgings. EXPENSIVE SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS: The carpet in the bedrooms and closets looks pretty dated and worn. Replacing it with faux wood flooring like the living room and kitchen would really improve the unit. And both bathrooms look tired; they may never have been updated. SUMMARY: Everyone likes to get a good bang for their buck, and condo 2413 provides that. But if the suggested improvements are implemented, this unit could really be a stand-out.

Fantastic experience: The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! So many personal touches that made us feel at home. The whole family truly enjoyed and loved the property and grounds. A great time was had by all.

The condo itself is very neat, well organised and spacious. Host was very responsive and helpful. We had absolutely wonderful time. We will be back again.

Fantastic experience: The Villa was perfect for the 6 of us. The BR/BA setup was ideal. Living area on 1st floor was huge and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Loved the back deck overlooking the lagoon and we used the grill a couple times. Pool was about a 4 minute walk and the beach about 7 minutes but a little rougher trek with the steps/ramps and then uphill through the dunes and then the beach. The time to the pool and beach could be attributed to our Villa being the 1st complex in Huntington. All considered this unit was exceptional and will consider it again next year.

Fantastic experience: We go to Hilton Head Island often and usually through Airbnb but this time I went directly through HHP and they were extremely helpful and answered every call and went way beyond to help meet our needs. We had left some items behind and they shipped them immediately. Josh was our main point of contact and it was honestly refreshing to see this type of customer service. Truly exceptional.

Positive experience: Overall it was good. The unit and grounds were nice and well kept. Some improvement could be made with the toiletries. The non-lathering soap disc and tiny amount of shampoo were not great. Otherwise, very nice

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head and our condo in lighthouse villas! Hilton head properties was excellent to work with, clear communication, we felt comfortable using them. Xplorie was a great benefit- we enjoyed the golf, bikes, beach chairs! The condo was excellent- clean, well stocked, very nice comfortable furniture and classic decor. Great location within sea pines. We hope to stay there again!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful home for a family. Teenagers had a sitting area outside their room and a balcony to enjoy. The weather was too hot to enjoy the beach except early mornings or late afternoon/evenings. But they all enjoyed swimming in the pool or lounging around it any time of day. The communication was great regarding any questions we had. The kitchen lacked for nothing. The free cruiser bikes and chair/umbrella rental was a plus, as well as free activity offers. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic experience: I would stay at 108 Sea Cloisters again in a heartbeat. The location close to the beach and pool, the balcony overlooking the dunes, the spacious bedrooms and living quarters and every amenity was perfect for our family which included 18 month old twins. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hilton Head Properties was so responsive and offered so many recreational opportunities. Rentals were dropped off at our location which made it even easier.

Fantastic experience: After our originally rental condo got yanked for unknown reasons, we scrambled to find somewhere to stay and Hilton Head Properties came through. They were great to work with. Ensured that we had the 3 parking passes needed. The property was great. Our first time renting with them and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 50 years and have stayed at many different spots. Everyone deemed this one the best of them all. Amazing location if you want easy beach access. Walkable/bikeable to Coligny, but beach isn't crowded at property. Great pool and covered area for being outside, but not always directly in the sun. Easy storage of bikes (rented), corn hole (brought) and beach chairs within the garage. Fun pool toys that were onsite. Ping pong table in this area, plus couch and tv, fridge and ice maker. Ability to have family dinner inside or out. So many decks off different rooms with great chairs to just relax and watch the tide come in or out. Beautiful family room with plenty of space to watch beach with large windows. Great beds. The most beach towels ever provided. Good open kitchen (we cook in most nights). Deck between pool and beach to watch the stars at night. One suggestion, bring red light flash lights with you during summer months bc turtle nesting. We actually got to see them inventory a hatched nest one morning and they found 3 baby turtles that they released to the ocean right by rental. Hilton Head Properties also communicated extremely well and responded promptly to any questions we had.
