Fantastic experience: We found Betsy through as a referral from a real estate agent in another state. We had potentially 3 properties to sell (2 rentals, 1 primary home) and weren't sure when/if we were selling them all. From the beginning, Betsy was honest, explained everything clearly, provided us with reasonable selling prices based on the current market, and was patient with all of our changes and indecisiveness. She was considerate of our time and worked with our schedule. Ultimately we decided to sell the 2 rentals. There were many issues with selling these properties - getting the appropriate paperwork/approvals from the township, tenants that were not flexible for showings, tenants in default and wouldn't leave (hence delaying the closing), etc. Through it all, Betsy remained responsive and followed up on things in a timely fashion. She provided referrals/vendors for all of the items we needed along the way such as inspectors, junk removal, and the like - and even an unrelated referral when I required an endodontist for an emergency root canal. She ended up selling our properties at a good price, providing solid advice on everything along the way. Betsy is sincere, personable, honest, thoughtful, experienced, and a solid realtor. I would strongly recommend her.
