Negative experience: Discrimination at its finest ! The first question Cathy or her husband Micheal ask you is do you have the money to afford this ? Which agent speaks like that ? Right away they hike up the prices and don’t even let you submit your offers. They reject it right away without even presenting it to the homeowner/ seller. They both need to be barred from practicing real estate. Unethical in so many ways,

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My friends and I were looking for a winter rental and we were shown a number of places and the last place we were shown was on Meadow Ln, West Long Branch, NJ by Michael Ades ( We were told it was a friends house, not knowing there is no Certification of occupancy). We loved the place and after the rental was over we were waiting for our security deposit and were told we were denied. The owner of the house, Kadi is claiming we did thousands of dollars of damage to the house meanwhile we left it perfect conditions. Many of my friends and I have plenty of history of renting and NEVER had a problem with our landlords and getting our security deposit back. After contacting him and being told false accusations we went to file suit, leading us to find out there was NEVER a C.O. on the house. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT!!! If I could I would be giving zero stars.

Above all, he is honest and straightforward; no tricks up his sleeves. He negotiated for us and assisted us throughout the entire process, making it all a very pleasant, hassle-fee experience. We did deal with several other agents prior to meeting Michael Ades but cannot say the same about them. Michael Ades is superior and second to none!
