NJ Elite Group, Realtors & Investors

Fantastic experience: Jasmin is a pleasure to work with for anything real estate related. We had a tricky transaction that we couldn't get closed ourselves due to logistics and title issues, so we had Jasmin and NJ Elite Group help us get to the finish line. The entire process was easier than expected, and will definitely be working with her and her team again.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Nick Bosco and the Team at NJ Elite Group for being so diligent and patience with us for the past couple of years trying to help us find our forever home! You have beyond exceeded our expectations! BEST relator in the game! if you choose with Nick and team, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Jasmin and her team at NJ Elite Group for both selling my home and purchasing another, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were with me every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jasmin's market knowledge is impressive, and she always had my best interest in mind. She and her team were always available, quick to respond, and went the extra mile to get everything done right. Whether it was negotiating the sale or handling all the little details, they made it easy for me to stay on top of things. If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend Jasmin and NJ Elite Group. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their clients. I’ll definitely be working with them again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Working with NJ Elite group has been nothing but a great experience. They treat me and my clients with the utmost care and respect. They’ve managed multiple transactions for me and brought an additional value to my business.

Fantastic experience: Amazing realtors, I worked with Ray and he was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed in the way this company manages and holds accountable the realtors (Mike Pszczola) who represent them. It’s concerning to see one of their agents (Mike) using social media to boast about personal wealth while simultaneously belittling and demeaning others. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on NJ Elite as a whole. Based on this experience, I would never consider engaging with anyone affiliated with this organization for any real estate needs. Do better.

Negative experience: Saw the way their realtors treat other human beings. Disgusting. Especially Mike Pszczola

Fantastic experience: Easy to deal with. Closed listing in 45 days. Thanks to Jasmine

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place if I must say so! It was so welcoming when I first walked in I was mesmerized. I was Greeted with a two big Smiles. I was a little overwhelmed but she may have noticed but she was very pleasant and helpful. I was so nervous I forgot her name but we had a great conversation. I hope they have success here. Man the place is just so welcoming I started to ask if they were hiring just to sweep the floor Great place go check it out and take your smile and be polite

Fantastic experience: As a new investor with NJ Elite Group just starting the investment process, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and support from the entire team. From the very beginning, I’ve felt welcomed and valued, with clear communication and guidance every step of the way. The team is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely dedicated to ensuring success for their investors. I’m excited to grow alongside such a supportive and professional group and look forward to a long, successful partnership!

Fantastic experience: There isn't enough stars to rate Jasmine Elalfy and her group, she is just that good. always calm and super attentive, she answers her phone and calls you back and answers text messages no matter where she is, even from a roller coaster on vacation in Disney. Jasmine got me top dollar for my house, hands down for me the best realtor in NJ. Going forward I would never use anyone else, period.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was able to help us find our first home! She was extremely patient with us and as first time home buyers she explained the process to us! We did not feel pressured to put in any offers and she provided us recommendations on what range our offers should go in at to be competitive! Thank you Michelle!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a real estate agent, hands down Matt Scannapieco is your guy. He is timely, thorough and pays close attention to all details. He gets 5 stars for communication and works hard, giving 110% to be sure to do what’s in your best interest. Our house had a couple of complex zoning issues and because of Matt’s research, he honestly knew more than the township did by the end! He’s just a great guy and he has our business for life.

Fantastic experience: Had a great home buying experience with Jasmin Elalfy. And she saved me a few bucks in the process closing on my new place. I was able to get a decent house, 6 minutes from work in the Deptford area. She made the process easy. I shared her contact info with a coworker who's looking to buy soon. Definitely recommend Jasmin, and if I ever sell this place, I'll have her list it.

His commitment to sustainable practices and environmentally friendly solutions has not only resonated with my values but has also translated into tangible benefits for my business. Clients from Nick's real estate ventures have come to me for their environmental needs. If you're in search of someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated in real estate, Nick is the go-to person. I wholeheartedly recommend his services and eagerly anticipate continued success in our future collaborations.

Fantastic experience: The amount of effort and time Jessica Schear put into guiding me through the process of buying a house is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, I knew I was in great hands! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and always readily available with her time. Her quick response to any question I had made things much easier for me. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I needed to make big decisions, but I also felt like she genuinely looked out for me. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have. She was a true asset to me. Needless to say, I highly recommend Jessica Schear for all your real estate needs!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start…. Jasmin and her team set the bar so high that it’s incomprehensible! I have never met someone who is that passionate about the service she provides to her clients! Jasmin is polite, dedicated, committed, caring, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with! As the owner, it’s obvious that her staff works the way she does also. I have had the pleasure of working with three other members of her team and they have ALL displayed similar characteristics. Jasmin has gone WAY above the call of duty on my behalf as well as others whom I have recommended to her. She is willing to share not just her knowledge but also her TIME without her clients feeling rushed or overwhelmed because of lack of knowledge or experience in purchasing real estate! Her warm smile, gentle persona, and calming voice of compassion transcends a genuine love for her clients wellbeing rather than a large commission! I could go on for days praising Jasmin but I will end here by saying that I would recommend her to ANYONE who is purchasing or leasing a property in the areas of office covers! She simply is the BEST and I can’t wait to purchase my next property using Jasmin Elalfy! Anyone reading my review should also!

Fantastic experience: Very nice and hardworking. Jasmin got us into a good rental quick!

Fantastic experience: George was very professional and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a tenant. Highly recommend him! Very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Fantastic experience: Nicholas is not only a real estate professional he became a true friend. He is knowledgeable in his field and in the community he serves. He is professional in his mannerisms and was responsive to all of our wants and needs at any time of the day or even night. He is a man that thinks outside the box and has a solution to every single problem you think you may come across. He is someone that makes you feel like anything is possible if you just try. I definitely love that attitude. He came into our lives when we were lost and felt like maybe the purchasing process was not for us at that time. With his positivity he helped us change our attitude, helped us with our attorney, helped us with our lender. Without him I don’t know if I would be a home owner today. Thanks to Nick our lives have changed for the better.
