It’s hard enough that we couldn’t see all these properties in person (we live in another state), but Keith went above and beyond what my wife and I expected of him. After talking to him only a couple of times, it felt like we already knew each other. He understood what we were looking for and found places we were interested in fairly quickly. We had A LOT of questions about everything and he had an answer for it all. He knows this business and it comforted us greatly that he knew what he was doing.
