Fantastic experience: A trusted real estate broker at our current location recommended the team of Joy, Jeff, and Julie when we decided to sell our townhome in Florida. Our townhome was our first home purchase which we had to leave due to a job relocation. It is near and dear to our hearts and holds lots of memories. We were understandably nervous about the process. Joy was exceptionally experienced as she guided us and actively participated in the "getting ready to show" phase and subsequent showings and open houses. Thinking about selling my dad’s condo in South Florida in the middle of Covid was the last thing I wanted to deal with after my dad passed away, but it was obviously something I needed to take care of after paying almost a years worth of high HOA dues.
