Fantastic experience: My wife and I are retired and for a few years we have been talking about moving to Greenville, SC. We like to walk and hike and Greenville has many opportunities for this with the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Paris Mountain and the close proximity of several state parks. I explained to her that we were just browsing around looking at properties around the Swamp Rabbit Trail and we were not ready to buy just yet I asked her if she could send me a few houses that were within a 3 mile walk to downtown on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Earlier in 2020, Kirsten helped my son and daughter-in-law purchase a home remotely, without being able to see the homes in person in order to make a decision. Fantastic experience: Kirsten is 100% professional with a pleasant, easy-going and results-oriented approach. We have received many positive recommendations from our neighborhood and others and Kirsten became our first choice when selling our home. It was the best decision we could have made! After the initial phone call, we set up an appointment at our house where Kirsten transparently explained the entire process. We then arranged to stage and photograph our house. Kirsten's colleagues are also absolutely amazing and their support helps the whole process. Then on Friday morning we agreed to put our house on the market. We had a potential buyer visit us the same day, on Saturday we had several, on Sunday we had an open house and received 3 offers. We chose one and that was it. So from the first contact to finding a buyer was approximately 2 weeks. We had some issues with the buyers and their lender, but at the end of the process everything was fine. And all the time Kirsten was supportive and answered all our questions, we also asked her for some recommendations etc. So if you really want to feel like selling a house is like eating strawberry cake, Kirsten is the best choice!

Kirsten had sold a home in our development a while back and she had given her name and info a few times throughout the year and when we finally decided to have her come in and give us some info we were very impressed.
