We had a rather short time to sell our old home because we were building a new one and the timing needed to match up as perfectly as possible. He was able to not only make sure we got the price we wanted for our old home but also landed us a sale that allowed for post-occupancy so we could do a same day move into our new house. All while being available and attentive to all of our needs and concerns. He was also there for us on every step of the process with our new construction home from site plan selection and options to final walks and closing day. Everything was just perfect and could not have asked for a better peson at our side the entire way. We loved having him as our agent!

Fantastic experience: I could write a whole essay as to why working with Roger was a life changing experience. My husband and I first met Roger in 2021, shortly after we got married and right when we started the home buying experience. Due to a series of unfortunate events, our plans were put on the back burner until just recently. For these last 3 years, Roger has stayed in touch- not as a realtor, but as a genuinely caring human being. As we got closer to making the dream a realty, he continously checked in, actively listened to our hopes and visions, and found us a selection of homes that checked our boxes and within our price range. What really touched us was how personal and equally important our home was to Roger. My husband and I often joked that we sometimes didn't know if we were buying the house or if Roger was, because it was just as intimate for him as it was for us. He drove countless miles out of his way and spent hours of his day to look at houses we wanted to see and, when we got to each one, he walked through the house and property with an eagle eye and a fine tooth comb. He spotted both perks and problems that we didn't notice, and addressed every one of our concerns with unbiased transparency. He made suggestions for improvements or changes to consider when we felt a home wasn't ideal, and if it was a deal breaker for us then it was a deal breaker for him too, and we moved on to the next property. There was never any pressure or persuasion to settle for or buy any of the homes he toured; he followed our lead, patiently waited for as long as it took, and he just became a constant presence and support in our lives. He created a safe space where I could comfortably confide some really personal concerns that impacted some of the choices we made, and there was no judgement or questions, just empathy and understanding. Apart from the wonderful human side of him, he was also a great teacher. I had never bought a house before, and was immediately overwhelmed with the options, process, terminology, and everything else that makes a home purchase scary. Roger has a gift of speaking, and could turn confusing lingo and steps into simple and coherent explanations. When it came to the closing process, he was on top of the inspection, the seller communciations, the negotiations, lender suggestion (also FABULOUS, btw), and everything in between. Simply put, Roger is a Godsend. My biggest fear as an axious person, was being so stressed by buying a home that it would become a trauma instead of this beautiful life milestone. Roger cared, and he didn't have to. We needed a realtor and would have purchased through him whether he gave the 150% he did, or the 50% that he could have if he were a lesser person. Because of him, instead of a being nightmare, buying our now new home became a core memory. I can't and won't ever say enough.

Fantastic experience: This guy really cares, and he was brilliant. His patience and understanding for our situation was unbelievable and brought my wife to tears. Roger walked us through the process and protected our interests as if they were his own. I can’t put into words how easy Roger made this for my wife and I. I truly felt at ease with this man.
