She provided intelligent marketing analysis, pricing recommendations, a comprehensive marketing campaign and useful suggestions for staging our home. Diane provided contacts for various contractors that were required to get estimates for work on our home. She even sent over her staff to assist us with moving some furniture from the basement and second floor down into our garage! I highly recommend Diane Remer & Associate Realtors!

Fantastic experience: Diane and her associates listened to our needs, asked questions then proposed a plan to sell our home. The plan executed flawlessly and within 2 days we had an offer that was exactly what we wanted. A home run in our opinion! Her whole team is excellent to work with and absolutely know the market. Negative experience: “My experience with Diane as the listing agent in a transaction was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and on three occasions we did not receive responses within the timeframes she indicated. At one point, we waited four days for a response. After our over asking price offers was submitted, she increased the listing price by $20,000. When discussing the ‘highest and best offer’ process before submitting the offer Diane stated, ‘I won’t play those games.’ Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that. Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with her again.”

Fantastic experience: Diane and her team are top notch. They worked tirelessly through a stagnant market and were able to share and show my property thousands and thousands of times using their innovative marketing technique. They provided weekly updates on marketing engagement and views for the property which was super helpful. Diane is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the real estate process. She has endless connections and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the process is as simple as possible for her clients. I will never use another agent after working with Diane and her team.

Fantastic experience: Diane and team were absolutely amazing. Firstly I appreciated Diane meeting me in person and demonstrating to me how she and her team were going to aggresively market my condo and maximize my return. And they truly delivered. Responsive, professional and quick, to get my place listed once the renovations were done. We had a cash offer within 3-4 days of first showing and Diane unilaterly negotiated the offer up nearly 10% within 48 hours! We closed 10 days later about a month earlier than I expected the whole thing to take. I could not be happier and highly recommend the DRA team!

Positive experience: Diane was very easy to work with and understanding of our special needs related to selling, like not being able to list it for a month after we signed the contract and the need for extended time once it was sold. She made you feel comfortable and not pressured in any of the decisions that were made. The pictures were beautiful that her team took for the MLS, they put together the weekend Open House, and it sold that first weekend! Negative experience: I would have nothing to do with this realitor. Diane is NOT informative on the process of selling our house and on buying another house. From the moment we signed her on until the day we closed it was HELL!!! Personal phone calls were nonexistent--communication was by texting either from her, her assistant or her son and they were all saying different thngs. I could NEVER get a straight answer from Diane. The ONLY good thing is closings are done and I don't have to deal with her or her office any more!!!

Negative experience: Called twice and left messages, interested in buying home. Never received the courtesy of a return call
