Negative experience: If it was possible to do less than a 1 start I would. Our experience with Justin Ford Real Estate was extremely disappointing. Communication was almost nonexistent, questions went unanswered, and requests for escalation were ignored. The agent and brokerage failed to follow or properly interpret what was clearly written in the contract, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. No professionalism, no support, and no accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
