Fantastic experience: Greta was recommended after a realtor (from a different firm) was difficult over the phone. We hadn’t even met yet!! From our initial telephone conversation, I knew we were in great hands. Greta listened to what we wanted and made several appointments. She’s just warm, friendly and so grounded and she clearly understood what we were looking for. At each home, Greta gave her insight and always made sure we knew if there was an ancient A/C, water heater, or roof. She has a great knowledge of what things cost too. Greta would check which way the sun would rise and set and make us aware. We flew in from New York on 2 separate occasions and found a perfect fit on the 2nd trip. Closing in Florida is much simpler than in New York. Greta talked us through the timeline and was a phone call away; every step of the way. Hands down, Greta is a 12 out of 10.

The condo needed to be painted and the carpets cleaned before we listed it and Greta coordinated this for us which we really appreciated. We never even had to go back to Florida for closing.
