Negative experience: Jarred is the worst agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal in purchasing a home. He misrepresented many issues in advertising and listing this home.Many items were complete lies and no where even close to the truth. Totally unethical and a unprofessional disservice to his profession. Will be filing a formal complaint with the realtors board in the hope that he is fined.Keep away from this agent!!!

Negative experience: Jared was the listing agent of the villa we purchased. We uncovered several material misrepresentations. For instance, the house was listed as having a New Roof & Complete Impact Windows. We discovered the actual roof structure is the original roof (30+ years old) & the roof had been weatherproofed in 2018. Hardly a new roof. Moreover, two windows weren’t impact windows which nullified the home insurance benefit of All Impact Windows. We were told the appliances were new; they’re not & out of warranty. Mr. Parton’s follow-up with our buyers agent was extremely poor & created delays and confusion. These weren’t just mistakes or oversights. Mr. Parton repeated these lies time & again, portraying them as true and promising evidence which never came. Keep away from this unethical agent!!!!

Fantastic experience: Finding a home to lease within two weeks felt impossible. I had three realtors say they would help me-none of them followed though. Finally, I found a realtor that is true to their word. One word describes Jarred, “Integrity”. I was relocated with my job from Miami to Boca Raton, Jarred understood that time was precious and he immediately jumped through hoops, met me on time, planned an itinerary for me and was extremely knowledgeable about the areas that I was interested in (he is a native to Boca Raton). Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service, going above and beyond what is expected, and genuine honesty are just a few of the things that come to mind from my experience working with Jarred over the course of the past year. My parents, both close to 80 years of age, and somewhat difficult people, started talking with Jarred back in 2019 about moving from their east Boca Raton single family home into something more manageable in size and responsibilities. My parents were extremely disorganized and for the most part did not know exactly what they were looking for or where they wanted to live. Over the course of about a year, my Mother worked with Jarred to find listings in the area that would be within their price range and meet certain requirements that he knew would be beneficial to someone in their age group (size, 55+ community, HOA, etc..). My parents we extremely indecisive and were constantly changing their mind about wanting to move and not fully committing to the process. This indecisiveness never caused Jared to change his commitment to helping them with their selling and buying needs. His patience never wavered, he continued to work within their timeline and without any pressure whatsoever. In the fall of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic surge, my parents agreed to let Jared sell their current single-family home. As you can imagine, two people in their late 70s had a lot of fear and apprehension about moving and COVID-19 did not help to make that any easier. Jared reassured my parents about his safety protocols and calmed their nerves about having strangers come into their home. He kept them 100% in the loop about each step of the showing process and there were never any surprises. He was very forthcoming about every single piece of the contract including fees, timelines, and the closing process. The house was sold in about 2-3 weeks from initial listing and this forced my parents into a very tight timeline to close on their current home, find a new home, pack their belongings, and move. This is where I began to be more involved in the process. Downsizing my parents from a home that is twice the size of house you are moving into is never easy, but Jared helped to turn an extremely difficult process into a pleasant and much less stressful event. Over the course of the next 8 weeks, we dealt with the continuing barrage of paperwork, document requests and in person viewings to look at properties. My parents quickly decided on a listing to purchase with Jared’s assistance and the entire move was set into motion. Often real estate agents receive less than stellar reputations because people feel as though they are only in it for the money. This was certainly not the case working with Jared Parton. Jared demonstrated a level of care toward my parents that set my mind at ease. I always felt extremely confident that my parents were in good hands. Jared and I spoke almost every single day during the process, either on phone or via text. Every single step of the way I would receive communication from him letting me know what was going on, what needed to happen and where my parents were struggling to come up with the required documentation. He presented my parents with all the information they needed in a careful and concise manner, taking their age into consideration. Working with Jared was one of the best experiences all of us have had in a business dealing. This type of service, expertise and excellent customer service is rare in a crowded field of real estate agents.
