They were always willing to show us homes on short notice and work with our schedule and were very knowledgeable about the area. Fantastic experience: My aunt who is 86 years old had some property in Marion County, Georgia that she was going to sell. Several of the neighbors in the area had suggested to her that she use a certain realtor who lived in Marion County, because they said, "She sells everything in Marion County." My aunt and I met with her, but she wasn't interested in walking the property to really get a feel for what it had to offer. I then suggested to my aunt that she atleast meet Jamie Griffis. I've known Jamie for approximately 35 years although I had not seen him in many years . I set up an appointment for the three of us to meet at the property. Jamie was so inthusiatic! He and I walked the property. I said to Jamie, "I understand why you got into real estate, but why did you get into "land sales?"
