Negative experience: I’ve tried to contact Patricia several times by phone, but I never get an answer. Her voicemail is often full, or I leave a message and don’t receive a call back. It’s been difficult to reach her.

I have known them for 18 years and I can’t think of a better group of people to know and trust. Negative experience: Kevin has been extremely difficult to work with. He’s using false information to try and keep money for a deposit that should be paid back in full. Highly recommend avoiding this company and him in future dealings.

Negative experience: I applied and attempted to lease a property listed by this firm. I submitted my online application but saw no next steps to upload any documents. I called the next day and Kevin was a little snarky saying he was just getting around to sending out the follow up email that requests that information as if I was rushing when I was simply asking did I miss a step. Moving on, I submitted my ID and bank statements as requested since I am self employed. I was then asked about 1099s which was strange because they didn't ask for that before and the bank statements showed more than 3x the rent monthly. I was also asked to go through the statements and highlight all deposits which is absurd because isnt that the point of requesting statements so that YOU can verify the income, not me do the work for you. I explained in a reply email that I do not receive 1099s because I don't receive payments from any 3rd party company as well as letting him know that all deposits are business related. I strongly suspect he thought the documents were fake or altered and because of this I also suggested we do a 3 way call with my credit union so he could ask any questions or do any verifications needed. No response. I follow up again 2 days later for Kevin to tell me that there is an approved application and they have until Friday to pay a deposit. I found that strange because there was no mention prior of any pending applications. I reply and ask can my application still be processed for other properties they have available. No reply. I follow up again 6 days later because the property is still listed as available- no reply and it has been 2 days. I strongly feel this is because I'm a young, African American male who earns 6 figures. They have the right to rent to whomever they want but making the process as difficult as possible for me then ghosting me is very unprofessional. Not to mention this home has been for rent for MONTHS. To the point is has been removed and relocated multiple times to avoid showing how many days it has actually sat on the rental market. I'm sure the homeowners would not be pleased to know they are still paying a mortgage while the property management is ignoring qualified tenants. EDIT FOR RESPONSE: #1 In YOUR email of next steps it ONLY lists bank statements for self employed proof of income. In the email that Kevin ignored I offered tax returns. I can not provide you 1099s that don't exist and 1099s are NOT required to have legitimate business income. Also I have received NO calls from your office besides the one I received AFTER this review was posted where Kevin called from his personal phone number.

Fantastic experience: I don't do many reviews, but I had to share my experience. We rented a home from Patricia at Premier Realtors of Columbus for the past 3 years. We had a job relocation and had to move away from Columbus, GA. I can't say enough good things about Patricia and Premier Realtors. Patricia is such a pleasure to work with. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience. Patricia always answered my calls and emails and made sure any work orders or problems were handled with the upmost professionalism and efficiency. I can't speak highly enough of her. If you are in the Columbus GA area and looking to rent or a top notch company to manage your property, you don't have to look any further. Negative experience: I have a handful of properties in different states, come across many property management and by far I have the worst experience with this company. My tenants lived in my property for 2 years, I have recently encountered the home condition, they were 4 months behind on rent and I was not aware . When eviction final filed and the tenants were moved out, the house was left in a terrible condition. I couldn’t get a hold of my property manager, tried calling, leaving voicemails, emails texts and behind on communication. So be aware on who you trust to be your property management company. You pay them to be the middleman to manage your property yet they are not doing what they are paid for. It’s very disappointing.

Negative experience: I can not speak for the entire company, but Patricia Hitesan is the absolute WORST property manager. As a veteran and a family that is still actively moving due to military service, this was the worst experience. I had a listing that was poorly managed by Patricia. The lack of communication, ignoring texts, calls and emails and intentionally ignoring damage to my property was unprofessional and unexpected. I will never recommend their business simply because of her lack of professionalism. One of the many complaints I have is she had Orkin come out to my home, they tore down my access panel upon tenant move out and never placed it back. I called her to ask why this was never fixed and she had so many excuses. She also said she’d get it repaired and has ignored my follow up text since then. I’ve also had to hound them for inspection documents, which I still have not received. I had to drive 5 hours to check on my home 5 weeks after having a baby due to her incompetence. HORRIBLE! I even emailed Shep Mullin to discuss my issues with her. Guess what, that was ignored as well. Don’t accept her as a property manager!
