Fantastic experience: I wanted to take some time to write how much I would recommend Bald Guy & Associates to anyone looking to purchase a home. My fiancé and I were relocating in a hurry to a new home in Forest VA, and on a whim I sent a message on the website talking about our search. Within the hour I got a call from Jeremiah, and we talked about the timeframe, our wants, and our needs. We were nearly 30 days out from the time we were hoping to close and Jeremiah was ready to help us settle into a home in that time frame. After speaking with Jeremiah we scheduled a tour of a few properties with the most incredible agent on Earth, Ethan Chase. We met with Ethan in Lynchburg on a Saturday, and his positive attitude and energy made the experience nothing less than incredible. My fiancé and I felt so comfortable and open with Ethan. We could tell him anything in the world, from wanting a more open kitchen, to even something as small as the doors opening into the walking area of a hallway, and Ethan was always receptive and knew the exact properties to show us next that fit our needs. While my fiancé and I were in Maryland, Ethan would tour houses and take videos on his phone narrating the entire experience at any time for any property we were curious about. I would call Ethan with no warning at any time of the day, and he would always pick up and answer any silly question I may have about houses, or the home-buying process. That amount of effort and care shows how good of a person, and agent, Ethan is. Fast forward to a few days ago, we closed on a house that Ethan showed us, and gave us a virtual tour of, and we cannot be happier with our purchase. Every little detail we recanted over the weeks we worked with him are apparent in this house. He truly knew his properties, and the wants and needs of his clients. Fingers crossed we won't need to use a real estate agent again anytime soon, but when our time comes again, I will absolutely call Ethan right away.

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased my first home. As a young, single woman, many of the other agents i worked with for showings or would attempt to ask questions of had no desire to give me the time of day and/or didn't take me seriously. I began my journey just doing info requests via Realtor and Ethan Chase was sent to do a showing with me. Needless to say my search for a realtor was over. Ethan asked questions about my financial background, if i had begun the pre-qualification process, must haves, things i could live with (or couldn't live without) and about my long term plan for whatever home i ended up purchasing. He also was the first agent (out of 6) to even bring listing details with him for me to take and give me an overview of the home buying process. Ethan was overwhelmingly kind and patient, as I drug him all around the city to look at properties even if i didn't love them based on the listing, gave me recommendations for what to ask for on inspections, property histories, and handymans once I did close on a home. I cannot say enough good words about Ethan - he is kind, compassionate, and *really* listens to you and will not rest until he has helped you find the home that is right for you!
