Fantastic experience: I initially contacted Sterling Stroud for information on a new listing he had. From the first conversation, I knew he was the right person to help my husband and I find our next home. With us living out of state, that was not an easy task! I gave him a list of our “must haves” for the new home, and he quickly provided some options. My husband scheduled a trip to tour with Sterling and over two days looked at several homes. Unfortunately, none of those worked for us so my husband headed home disappointed. As luck would have it though, the right house came on the market the next day. Sterling quickly provided the information and went out so we could video tour the property with him. We made the offer later that day, it was accepted and we closed 30 days later. Throughout the process, Sterling was extremely helpful, quick to get answers to any questions and really worked with us during inspections and follow up repairs by the seller.
