Negative experience: My wife and I were in the process of buying a house listed and represented by Keller William's until the listing agent Eric Dreibelbis decided not to tell the sellers we were ready to close. He was very rude to our agents and would refuse to converse about the deal. he wouldnt work with us, answer any calls and was vulgar over text the entire time. He even told my agents to stop texting him! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE SELLERS AND LISTING AGENT PULLED OUT ON THE CLOSING DATE!!! We are now HOMELESS because of this company and their associates. If this is how you do buisness then you need to be shut down. We have done everything to close on the house as quick as humanly possible and it was still pulled from us. We believe the Listing agent was trying to have a different buyer that he was representing buy the house that way he gets twice to commission. I have plenty of other things to say but I'll keep it professional. Maybe that's something you can learn from

Fantastic experience: I met Bryce while touring an open house. I liked him immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and decided to work with him. Since I lived in a different city, Bryce researched and toured the houses I was interested in. He was instrumental in helping me find the home I was looking for. His responsiveness was incredible. He kept me up to date on the progress, he went above and beyond and paid attention to the details. I felt like I was his first priority, which made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Negative experience: Buyers beware, verify and re-inspect what you have been told. Purchased a home from Eric , seller agreed to replace all Wdo and electrical issues. Reports were given stating that all had been taken care of. Verified with the contractor for Wdo issues that he had addressed everything. After sale was finalized, it was discovered that all the repairs were not done. Called the contractor that made the Wdo repairs , asked why all the Wdo issues were not addressed when he told us that everything was fixed 100% and there were no more issues- now after the fact I’m told he was told by the realtor only to fix certain items and that the realtor knew there were remaining items to be completed. Very dishonest practice. Update - The contractor Eric had the seller use was his “go to guy.” Eric’s contractor lied about making certain repairs 100%, and then threw Eric under the bus saying that he was told by Eric to only make certain repairs. I was blatantly lied to about very specific questions. Hard to find honesty in anything you are saying.

Fantastic experience: If you want realtors who truly care for their clients, then call Eric & Dava. We originally contacted them to see how much we could sell our properties for and in the midst of that, our neighbor was about to lose her home to auction. I called them and told them the situation. They spent hours on the phone with me, helping me and giving me advise on how to help my neighbor. After all that they offered to be the selling agent at no cost, just to help my neighbor out. She would have walked away with nothing and now she has more than enough to make a new start somewhere else. My husband and I have sold/bought a few homes in our time and I don't remember the agent being there at the signings - I say this bc Eric was there at signing to help in anyway he could. We are so impressed by his heart and attention to every detail. He worked his butt off getting my neighbor the best deal possible. He always had her best interest in mind with nothing to gain for himself. I am beyond grateful for all that Eric has done and continues to do for us and our neighbor. Praise God for putting him in our path.

They are so kind and generous.They went out of their way to help our neighbor friend sell her house that was about to be put for auction which would have ended up making her walk away with nothing after 30 years of ownership. Fantastic experience: My brothers and I had the unfortunate and devastating task of selling our mother's house after she passed away in July 2022. We moved to Florida in 1977 and we were raised in this one special place. Reminiscing our childhood memories, grieving our loss, and the thought of cleaning out our childhood home was devastating, at times overwhelming. I knew I had to use a realtor, the job was too big for me during this period of sorrow, I knew this sale would have to be delegated. My husband and I had used Eric Dreibelbis several years ago after he assisted with the sale of our beach property. We immediately contacted Eric. It was like reaching out to an old friend. I explained the circumstances of the sell of the home and how it was going to be extremely difficult for myself and my brothers. Eric was very sympathetic and understanding to our situation. I expressed to him that I needed a buyer that would love this house as much as my mom and dad did, I just didn"t want to "hand" it over to strangers that would not breathe new life into the house or want to "flip" it. Eric guided us through the process, what needed to be done by we kids and what he needed to complete as a realtor. Only after a couple of views, one special couple fell in love with the property! The sell happened so fast, we really had to hussle to get mom's things out of the house. Eric reassured me the couple that bought the home, "are so in love with the house already," and " have grandchildren, excited about the park!" (located behind the house) Two months... two months for Eric and his team to sell Mom's house. Amazing. The entire process was effortless and I did not spend one day of worry or angst. Eric assigned our chores, (Clean out the house!!) and that was it. This sad occasional was livable due to Eric's understanding of our grief and loss and stepped in to command the process of the property sale. I needed someone outside the family that WOULD take control. Eric reads his clients well, has deep knowledge of his profession and knows the Beaches and West Beaches area well. Plus, Eric is just a really nice and likeable person. Will I use Eric again in the future? ABSOLUTELY!! I strongly recommend Eric and his team for your real estate needs also! I recently purchased a home and sold a home in Florida using the Life's a Beach services. In particular, I dealt with Michele Flynn who is one of the most professional realtors I have encountered. Living out of state on our behalf, Michele sought out contractors that were needed to address some issues to enhance the sale of our property. She even picked out and tested paint samples for a complete repaint of the home outside and in. This effort by her greatly enhanced the sale of our home and we had multiple offers within two days of the listing and sold the house above listed price.
