Fantastic experience: I couldn’t say enough great things about Pam. We were in a little trouble after our realtor retired while we were selling our home. Pam stepped in and hit the ground running immediately. Pam is extremely tech savvy - she makes very good listings on Zillow and YouTube. Also, when things had to be done to the home after inspection, she had tons of contacts in areas such as window replacements and bathroom tiling who did fantastic work at extremely reasonable prices. Well, in Jan/Feb 2020 while visiting our son here in Florida, we passed an open house sign and decided to take a look for our son and his expecting wife as they were considering a move prior to the arrival of our grandson. This was late in the afternoon and the open house was actually over however, the realtor was kind enough to let us take a look and then chat with us about the area and homes for sale. She was so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and answered all the questions we had (I ask lots of questions). She gave us her card as we said goodbye. That realtor was Pamela Hoffman. Fast forward a year later to Jan/Feb 2021. We had made the decision to relocate to Florida. We had a house to sell in Virginia and a home to find in Florida and no idea where to start. Fantastic experience: Pamela is THE best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with to buy a home. We bought new construction in FL but lived in NJ. When we first meet Pamela, she listen and asked great questions to get an idea of what we had in our old house and what we wanted in a new house.
