Fantastic experience: Mike helped me through every step of the process of buying a home and he answered countless questions and explain several situations to me and it was incredibly comforting knowing that in any point time I could text someone about something that I didn't understand and they would get back to me in a timely matter. I cannot say enough nice things about Howard Hannah! Absolutely love them! Would recommend

My wife and I were first time home buyers with a lot of questions- not only did he answer them all but even elaborated on those answers to make sure we understood the whole home buying process. I knew I could call him at anytime if we had questions about something! Donna Quinn was our realtor who went above and beyond for us. She made long drives all the way from Chardon to the Cleveland area to show us homes even on short notice. She’s patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Thanks for all of your help!

Negative experience: Don't go here racist wouldn't give us a loan 6 years ago do not come here!!! Credit score and income was excellent smh. Got a home loan elsewhere good karma worked in our favor.

Fantastic experience: Best Real Estate Agents work here!

Negative experience: The Howard Hanna agent was not forthcoming or untruthful with the sale of a home. The agent was in contact with the seller and the buyer (me). She worked for the seller to up the price of the home and made it appear there were other offers on the property (which it was not any other offers after the contract was signed).

Negative experience: When we were planning to relocate, we were matched with a Howard Hanna agent & went through Howard Hanna mortgage. As 1st time home buyers, or finances were well in order. No problem with mortgage. LOTS of problems with agents. Our buyers agent & the seller's agent were both from Howard Hanna. When the property was assessed to be worth 20k less then the asking price (we offered the asking price), plus there were problems with septic, roof, & some other stuff that came out in inspections...PLUS, after our agent told us the 2 lots could NOT be separated (the property was 2 lots), turned out our loan failed because property was not worth the $269k & the lots COULD be separated. We talked to a title lawyer to find out what to do. She said when the contract runs out (it would be in a few days from when we talked to the lawyer) then the property would no longer be contingent. Instead of helping us find another property, our Howard Hanna agent helped the SELLER try to get the property value up, telling the assessor we were still interested. Lots of lies in Howard Hanna, & deceit. We lost thousands of dollars unnecessarily if Howard Hanna had been honest.
