Negative experience: 2 months after moving into my home, I can say with confidence that I would not reccomend using this group for your next property purchase. The day we got our keys, our realtor was out of town and a random stand in was assigned to meet us at the property for a final walk through. There was no walk through. The man handed me my keys and left without another word. The longer I have lived here, the more i have realized that the stipulations of our purchase agreement were loosely followed at best (ie things not corrected as they should be).Our realtor had promised that if we closed with him, he'd get us a pack of diapers for our baby as a closing gift. The next time I heard from him, that sentiment was long forgotten and instead he passed along an ominous message from the seller that the utilities should be promptly switched to our name (they already were, it was part of our closing stipulations). On Friday of last week, I got a bill from my homeowners insurance saying I owed nearly two thousand dollars. I called today and apparently no one had informed them that the seller had pressured my agent to close early. All this to say, im grateful we found our home. And im happy with my choice of property. But the customer service and the professionalism of the group was subpar at best.

Fantastic experience: It is very easy to write a review about Jennifer Kayla and her team. We purchased a home from out of state at a time where inventory was quite low in the school districts we were interested in. Jennifer kept us up to date with listings, videos and pics and we ultimately purchased site unseen due to our trust in Jennifer. She consistently worked in our favor and provided support. She even went so far as to allow us to utilize her home for storage until we moved. I will never be ever to thank her and her family enough. Her team made the paperwork so very easy. Fantastic experience: I have known Mike Henry since he was a boy and one of my son’s best friends from school.
