Fantastic experience: I found Cornerstone Properties after approaching realtor friends of mine about helping me sell a large old property in Queen NY. Luckily for me my friends were not comfortable taking on the challenge and referred me to someone who was ready for one. They assured me that this woman Kerri will get you the best deal, she is a Rockstar in this business they said. I was a little hesitant because her office was based in Suffolk County and wasnt sure if selling homes on LI was different than NYC. Kerri proved me wrong there. From start to finish the of sale her focus and communication to me and all others involved was professional ,thorough and on point. This sale was a big ordeal for me and my family. The property was in rough shape and around 100 years old and had 4 units with tenants living there . In a matter of a few days she had a buyer and then the challenge of emptying the building of people and garbage was the next step. Together we accomplished our goal of getting the building emptied and sold in what seemed like an impossible , short amount of time. Thank you Kerri and Cornerstone Staff for doing an all around Great job with this sale!

Fantastic experience: I bought my first home in 2018, I was a single Mother and had many specifics that I was looking for especially the price of the home being as it was only me purchasing. Laurie Roundsman was absolutely amazing about what my daughter and I needed in a home. Laurie was patient, kind and sympathetic to my situation through the long process but she never gave up on us! She was there through all the smiles and tears. Now four year's later after meeting my fiance, we decided to sell that home and purchase our forever home, with room for my Mom in the future. Laurie understood this situation also and always had our best interest at heart, she sent us homes everyday keeping us updated on everything we needed to know. Negative experience: Please ensure to keep a lawyer by your side when dealing with this agency. Specifically Brittany beardlee, who we had to deal with. Made an already difficult process even more difficult with innacruate information.

Negative experience: The broker is a very abusive man. He screamed at my agent when she wanted to show me a property he had listed. Refuses to show homes to buyers when they are not his buyer and cuts corners. This is not the first time I have tried to see homes that were listed by his company he is shady. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
