Fantastic experience: I've been at one of the Greenview Properties for some time and this past weekend my AC unit went out. The quick response from Antonio and his maintenance team was greatly appreciated. They called right away and had a portable AC for me until the unit was fixed. Antonio and his team have always been so accommodating with anything that needs to be fixed or updated:)

Negative experience: Terrible communication. Calls and emails regarding a new property and not one response. Probably a blessing, as these people seem to not care at all.

Fantastic experience: As a first time tenant, my experience has been an overall very positive experience. From day one, Henry and Antonio have been great and go above and beyond. Anytime I have put in a maintenance request, it has been met with promptness and quickly resolved with professionalism and kindness. More importantly, I trust their work and judgement, which goes a long way when being a first time renter.

Fantastic experience: As a tenant, I’ve had a very positive experience with Greenview Properties. The management team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever something comes up. Antonio has been especially helpful throughout my time here. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue or concern, he responds quickly and makes sure it gets taken care of promptly. It’s reassuring to know that problems are handled efficiently and that tenants’ needs are taken seriously. Jennifer has also been great to work with. She’s always been helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, Greenview Properties has done a great job managing the property and keeping things running smoothly. I definitely appreciate the responsiveness and level of service they provide.

Negative experience: 4 hours and no one plowed our area or doorways. what are we paying an HOA for??! ridiculous. our previous management company was much better and more responsive. greenview is unresponsive!!!

Fantastic experience: I just rented from Greenview Properties. I can not say enough about property manager RANDI PUCCIO. She was so easy to work with. She made the process seamless. I am renting in West Sayville, the unit is immaculate and I love the no smoking policy. So impressive. Randi if you’re reading this. Thank you Andrea

Fantastic experience: Antonio in the maintenance department is amazing! He’s super friendly, always accommodating, and honestly goes above and beyond every time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants here at Chatham Square. He makes living here so much easier and we’re lucky to have him!

Negative experience: STAY FAR AWAY this place is a cat fish and scam they will butter you up until you move in after the fact there consideration goes from 10 to -2 they’re communication is very unprofessional the First Lady in dealy with before I moved in with Chrissy Or Christine I barely heard from her after I signed my lease when it was time for move in day management was confused I was even moving in . Was assigned the wrong parking spot by the property manager Jennifer Ginsberg yet even though she told me the wrong number my car got towed and I had to pay $300 . Was never reimbursed from HER mistake. This place has been hell from The start

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Antonio, our maintenance guy! He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything in our building is running smoothly. His expertise and attention to detail are outstanding, and he approaches every task with a great attitude. Whether it's a small repair or a larger project, Antonio handles it all with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and reliable as he is. Thank you, Antonio, for being the best maintenance guy around!

Negative experience: I had an excellent experience living here for two years, which makes it even more disappointing that it ended on a bitter note. $400 was withheld from my security deposit to replace the entire stairwell carpet over a small patch of dirt on the first step inside the front door — clearly normal wear and tear in a high-traffic area, as shown in their own photos. The “assessment” claimed it needed full replacement despite them not even attempting to clean it. I challenged this charge, but management stood by this bogus assessment. Looking at reviews of other Greenview properties, I see many tenants citing the same issue with excessive carpet replacement charges. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring practice, and it leaves me unable to recommend renting here despite my otherwise positive experience.

Negative experience: Horrible. Since they have taken over management of our community? Every aspect of their functions have been atrocious. No organization, no planning, no preventive maintenance. When problems arise? The repairs are delayed for months, then executed poorly. When you call to address maintenance problems? You are insulted, talked down to, bullied, or simply ignored.

Fantastic experience: We lived here for 2 years, and had a wonderful experience! The grounds are kept up really well and the property manager is extremely helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give recognition, where it is due. CHRISTINA SILVA, who is an outstanding Real Estate Agent for Greenview Properties, is a well experienced agent. Mrs. Silva is always professional, and personable when it comes to satisfying the potential Client, as well as being very Proficient.

Negative experience: This organization manages our HOA and are doing a poor job of returning phone calls. Days go by and no response. Always had to leave messages and still no response. We have them now for 2 1/2 months and several have complained about not getting info they requested

Fantastic experience: The maintenance at Greenview Properties is amazing. John, who is our property manager, is professional and does a great job addressing any issues. He is very talented and able to fix any items needed. He does so with a great attitude. Big or small he is eager to help.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about John Rosario from the maintenance department. He is always smiling and friendly. And he is very professional. He responds immediately upon receiving a request and is usually at my door within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and if he can’t fix what’s wrong he contacts someone that can within the same day. He is a gem!!

Fantastic experience: The complex is well kept ,clean quiet and John the maintenance man is wonderful always ready to get back to you with your issues and schedule time to come and do repairs he is extremely knowledgeable and friendly always has a smile on his face. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and feel Safe and secure.

Fantastic experience: To be honest I'm a relatively new shareholder, and they are a new management company for our development. I haven't had trouble except for minor online payment issues with a site that can take some getting used to. But the office was always there to help. Maintenance is always up-to-date grounds are clean and well kept. So I have to say thank you to hard-working ladies in the office.

Positive experience: As a resident of Westbrook Village I wanted to express my satisfaction in living here. It is a prime location with easy access to major highways. It is a pet friendly community that has well kept grounds. I feel Christina tries hard to be responsive to the needs of the community, by addressing maintenance requests, organizing & engaging community events, listening to residents concerns, and managing our community. Luis (maintenance) goes above and beyond to assist residents in resolving maintenance issues. With regular social gatherings, holiday events, and a community pool and clubhouse Westbrook Village offers a sense of community to residents.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Asking for help or filing a maintenance requests takes 2-3 weeks. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely disrespectful.

Positive experience: I would have given it more except for the fact that they did not return my full deposit and charged me for the carpeting. They put below standard carpeting in the apartment and expect it to last through 10 years of use even if you are oaying to have an animal. We have an indoor cat and paid $50 extra a month just to have it which I falsely assumed it would cover any damage but I guess it was just to have it. The bottom line is that if you have a cat, keep it to yourself or just expect to lose your deposit. Mind you, the carpet was minimally damaged and could have been repaired. The apartment itself was decent and the staff is responsive and respectful. As a new renter, I would never want to move into an apartment where someone had pets regardless of the timeframe

Fantastic experience: I have just moved here from Brooklyn and had doubts about things here but the maintenance man John came late after hours to install some thing. The man was so professional, so very nice kind and I was very taken back by it he really was wonderful. He really really was very very professional and very very nice and it was just so nice to see someone friendly and pleasant and didn’t try to rip you off. He was really a very, very nice man. Excellent excellent worker he did the job, professionally and accurately I will use him anytime five stars. The man was knowledgeable and willing to do anything if something was broken great very pleased with him.

Fantastic experience: We live in Greenview Circle and are extremely pleased with the fast, professional, pleasant service performed by John R., the super at this property. John responds quickly and is always attentive to our maintenance requests and does a great job.

Fantastic experience: I have lived at Bayshore Gardens, Greenview properties for over 2 and a half years and I can truly say I had a great experience. The garden in the courtyard is gorgeous and always kept up. The apartment was beautiful and spacious in all the right areas. Laundry was on sight, very small walk across the courtyard. Brian, head of maintenance was great and always took care of any issues that came about. Jennifer made it a very pleasant move in and always answered any questions promptly. I made this apartment my home and I totally give it a 5 star all around. So bitter sweet to leave.

Fantastic experience: Johnny and Juan keep the building at 57 Park Ave, the North district lofts SUPER CLEAN!!!! there very friendly respectful as well!!! This company has been nothing but good to me!

Positive experience: They are ok. They try to get issues addressed, but certainly some issues that they could address with more urgency and others they put to the community to deal with or just delay until the next board meeting. ‍♀️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Overall I have been very pleased with Greenview in my years with the company. I have resided in two different properties- I started in Greenview Towns then moved to Greymore Flats because I was looking to be closer to Main Street. Both buildings are beautiful, but getting closer to town was a great move for me. I'm walking distance to tons of restaurants, night life & the Fire Island Ferries. Both management and maintenance have been very responsive to any requests I have made & they're super pet friendly too!

Negative experience: Epitome of corporate snobbery. Was about to sign a lease for an apartment after dealing w Christina but when it was time for a tour of apartment and building she became deceptive, evasive & insisted on blind trust, insisted that I sign a lease before I lose the apartment without knowing what I was really getting. I believe she was using Covid as an excuse to hide the flaws of the building and apartment. Greenview is a million dollar corporation and the only thing they provided me with respect to a tour or virtual tour was a homemade video from the previous tenant and 2 separate videos of the building. Not only did I quickly lose trust and confidence in the company I thought I was right in the middle of a scam. When I subsequently spoke to Christina’s supervisor Evette she just alarmed and concerned me even more and did nothing to abate or diffuse the situation or Instill confidence in the company. I regret wasting my time and energy dealing w these people. They only needed to deal w me in a straightforward and honest manner and they would have had a good long term tenant.

Negative experience: Not trustworthy. Very misleading. Do not believe the numbers in their income statements. Warning use another management companies.

Positive experience: I don’t think I have ever written a review for anything before, but I thought it was important to let any potential renters know about the property manager at greenview towns. Her name is Jennifer buzzeo. I never had any specific issues with her until I moved it, and am probably somewhat biased because I didn’t get a portion of my security deposit back, but this woman is the epitome of the classic unresponsive and rude property manager. She probably sent out 12-15 written/emailed notices to all of the tenants about various issues throughout the two years I was living there and every single one had this rude, authoritative tone it. Almost as if she is speaking down to you or has a threatening sense to it. Just thought I would give people a heads up in case they didn’t want to deal with that. Aside from her, I thought greenview was a good place to live.

Fantastic experience: LOVE my apartment. been here now for about 6 months and I love it. Any issues with maintenance or anything at all the office has been super sweet and prompt with any of my requests. the grounds are kept beautiful and clean which is such an added bonus!

Negative experience: If I could give this company zero stars I would...worst most unethical company I have ever worked with...I moved out of the property I was living in because of them. They never sent me a statement after requesting one multiple times and never told me my star credit stopped and decided to charge me late payments for paying the same amount. They stole my money and tried to say I should have known the amount I owed was different because apparently I'm a phycic... disgusting business practices and horrible customer service...owner should be ashamed...DO NOT LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES!!!

Negative experience: Dont ever rent from this management company. They have no empathy and dont care about their tenants. Its very sad

Negative experience: The worst. Windows are so old that the drafts will quadruple your utilities bills. I suggest u knock on other residents doors to hear how horrible I fell several times in parking lot do to no lighting and holes in ground and grass areas .only parking usually is in back. where lighting is poor . If your over 55 run there are plenty other places that take more pride This is a horrible lil place

Negative experience: The worst management company I have ever had to deal with. For over 3 years I’ve had a leaking window and door which has resulted in a damaged wood floor, window sill, and dry wall, all thover responsibility of this company, and they have done nothing but drag their feet. I have been as patient as can be expected with Brenda but this is ridiculous. Recently I had a leak in my ceiling that they tried to blame on my plumbing which was not the case. I spent 3 months arguing with them about the leak only to have them cut a hole in my ceiling to confirm it is the roof leaking and then leave me hanging. It’s now winter, I have a hole in my ceiling, it leaks water onto my floor which I constantly have to be home to monitor and they are doing nothing to fix the leak. It’s almost the holiday season and I have a damaged apartment that I cannot leak because I have to tend to the leaks and Greenview is doing nothing but dragging their feet and getting nothing done. Never work with this company.

Fantastic experience: Lived here for the last couple years, well built building and well maintained grounds. Landlord and property managers were always respectful and responsive. I highly recommend.
