Negative experience: Realmente no lo recomiendo, me tuvieron con un contrato durante más de 6 meses esperando la casa, con mentiras diciendo que la otra semana, la otra semana, que el town multó la casa , que la otra semana ya se arreglaba el problema del town, que ya casi, solo mentiras por parte de los vendedores, y me amarraron a un contrato con el vendedor de la casa donde los vendedores se compañioran con el mismo abogado del vendedor para ponerlo en el contrato del comprador también, me tuvieron más de 6 meses sin poder hacer nada, ni demandar al vendedor por incumplimiento, por que te ponen el mismo abogado vendedor-comprador, y fue un proceso para que devolvieran el downpayment de la casa, sinceramente no los recomiendo si vas a comprar casa con ellos, mejor busquen otras oficinas de realstate si van a comprar una casa por que es una inversión de mucho dinero, y cuiden su dinero mejor, y póngalos en manos de personas expertas, No recomiendo Arvy really

Fantastic experience: I called Hector at Arvy Realty this morning, & without an appointment, he took time out of his busy day to do a BPO for me. He met me at the property within half an hour, in a proper gentleman's suit (in 85° weather), shook our hands, toured the property & explained the process. An hour later, he patiently discussed with me a thoroughly prepared report about the property, handed it neatly in a folder to me with his business card, & said anything else I might need, just call. (I felt like royalty as he called me right over to his office & held the door open for me.) He would not even accept the tip I offered him. I have to say, from the moment I met him this morning, until our business was concluded, I was very impressed with how he conducted himself with me. I was unfamiliar with what needed to be done & he put my fears to rest. Hector is a very nice, professional man who knows his business. I wish more people I do business with had this work ethic. I gladly recommend him.

Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with Neglected Repairs and Safety Concerns I purchased a home through Hector at Arvy Realty, and I'm compelled to share my experience to inform potential future clients. While the initial process seemed smooth, it wasn't long after moving in that I discovered numerous concerning issues. Firstly, significant repair work was overlooked or inadequately addressed. This includes rotted wood that was left unattended, posing a structural and safety risk. Additionally, I found that several light switches had been covered up in the walls. This is not only inconvenient but also raises questions about the electrical work done in the house. Furthermore, the absence of junction boxes for electrical connections is a glaring oversight. Junction boxes are essential for safety and compliance with building codes. Their absence is a serious concern and reflects poorly on the quality of the work overseen by the realtor/investor. Other issues include cosmetic cover-ups like using gutters and siding to hide holes and defects. This approach to 'repairs' is not only deceptive but also suggests a lack of concern for the longevity and safety of the home. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by these discoveries. Buying a home is a significant investment, and one expects a certain level of honesty and quality in the process. Unfortunately, my experience with Arvy Realty fell far short of these expectations. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and conduct thorough inspections if considering a purchase with this realtor/investor. The issues I've encountered could pose safety risks and lead to significant additional expenses. I was amazed and thrown off by the cosmetic and beauty renovations not realizing that it cover up the true issue of the house. Therefore, I rated Hector and his Realty with one star.

His office manager set up the appointments for the home visits. Everyone very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

We received offers the first day it was shown Which were more than asking price. The house was in contract the second day. Hector’s team were there every step of the way. And Hector personally updated us every week on the progress. If it wasn’t for the banks being bombarded with mortgage requests we would of been closed a lot sooner. But no fault of Arvy . Negative experience: I recently inherited a substantial sum of money and figured I would invest in a small established business for sale. I called Arvy Realty located in Brentwood NY to see if they had any listings. When I called, the receptionist answered and said there was no one available to help me at the moment (no problem). I recieved a call this afternoon from Juan Garcia a Real Estate agent for Arvy Realty. Our conversation started off on the wrong foot immediately. He is a very arrogant and cocky person. After a few minutes of talking with Mr. Garcia, I realized how unprofessional of a person he is -- no patience and extremely rude!!! He was bothered by me not knowing what type of business I was looking for. He basically insulted me because I wasn't prepared in my search and even said that he's "dealt with people like me before" and then proceeded to hang up on me before I was able to ask him what's available. He thinks he is God's gift to the real estate community. When I finally figure out what I'm looking for, this will be the last place I consider calling!

Negative experience: Beware. Realtor rented us an illegal apartment. She rented to the guy before us and the people after us. Neighbors told me they have been doing it for years.
