Fantastic experience: Before listing my house I interviewed realtors. Pat was by far the most prepared. He toured the house first then shared a market analysis supporting his decision on what to list the house for. He was very calming and easy to talk to which was very important to me. This was my first time selling so I was very nervous. He also shared additional collateral on how to get the home ready for sale. During listing through to close he was extremely communicative. Almost always he got back to me within 5 minutes which was amazing! The offer process really exceeded expectations! I ended up getting 7 offers!
