Negative experience: Very rude and was told I was asking to many questions about a property. Umm I'm trying to buy a home of course I'm going to ask questions. The man then stated that he couldn't answer anything because I'm not his customer.. ummm yea. Not now I'm not!!

Fantastic experience: Our realtor, Melissa Derosier, was simply amazing! She helped us a year ago to sell our house. Throughout the entire process, she was supportive, proactive and willing to help us in anything we needed. Melissa even volunteered to help us with dog sitting for showings! She helped us to find a rental property to live in while we searched for land. Melissa was also our agent in our land search. She looked for and researched many pieces of property for us to consider. We found the perfect piece of land with her help and are excited to start our next chapter. We closed on our house on December 16, 2020 (day of a large snow storm) and the seller left the house needing cleaning - Traci arranged for a cleaner to arrive early that morning to clean the house, and a snow plow to keep our lengthy driveway open that day and the following morning after the storm ended to ensure we could get out, if needed. These are two examples of her going above/beyond without being asked. Traci’s knowledge of the market and the assistance she provided in getting our questions answered before submitting an offer and ensuring the home inspection was thorough and all of our questions answered/issues addressed demonstrated her expertise and thoughtfulness. We have used Traci for two purchases and 1 sell, and would recommend her to everyone. She is superb, and has an exceptional team that supports her! Fantastic experience: Traci was creative and responsive to our unfortunate timing of the COVID shutdown that made showing and selling a house more of a challenge. The dual WV and VA license was very helpful in selling our house where our nearest town is Winchester Virginia but the house is located is located in WV. Traci remained upbeat and creative in her approaches and was successful in selling the house for us in a smooth and professional way. She helped with many of the details and give good guidance.
