Fantastic experience: We used Nicole for our cross country move from Colorado to Virginia. She is extremely professional, knows her stuff, answered all our questions, and gave great advice. This wasn’t our first home buying experience, but we still had numerous questions and she took the time to really break down and explain every single part of the process/contract. The amount of time she devoted to us made it feel like we were her only clients at that time. She does have a strong personality, which I think is good/necessary for a realtor, but I did find our personalities clashing at times. In the end, who we choose as our lender couldn’t make the deal happen, and she defended us, backed us up, recommended her guys, and we got the deal closed in large part because of her and her resources. Her recommended lender did us a TON of favors to pull us out of a crap show and they did it because of their connection to Nicole. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone. (Oh, she also made a mistake of the appraisal price when we were in the middle of the disaster, and she was convincing the seller not to back out, and she covered the $1000 out of her own pocket - goes to show her morals and integrity).

From our first interaction with her where she was trying to understand what we were looking for in a property, all the way through closing, Nicole was more than happy to go above and beyond what anyone could expect. She advised us on the amount we should sell our home, what improvements we needed (or did not need) to achieve maximum value, and what to expect when going under contract. She placed a "coming soon" ad in the MLS to garner interest, and she used an amazing photographer for our listing photos. Finally, after we were under contract, she was proactive in moving everything forward and advising us on what to expect from every angle. After listing, we had an immediate offer, and we ended up closing in 30 days. All in all, a very positive experience!
