Fantastic experience: Worked with Russ. Couldn’t asked for a better down to earth human-being that just so happens to be a realtor. Highly recommend to help through any process! The market was rough but Russ helped us all the way. He probably showed us way too many homes and had to deal with us getting out bid so many times. He continually had a positive outlook even when we didn’t. Again…highly recommend.

Positive experience: My review is mixed yet separate from the broker since Mr. Fox was very helpful to solve our issue, and immediately gave my family a piece of mind which to me speaks volumes of a broker, he listened to my concerns and reviewed the information I provided about the realtor Aly Anderson that works in this company. I originally wasn't going to go into much detail in this review, but I changed my mind after my experience with the cancellation process with Ms Anderson. We chose this realtor because of a family connection and made it clear from the beginning that our priority was not losing money on the sale of our home. We completed home improvements and appreciated the professional marketing and photography, but after about 60 days on the market and multiple price reductions, we continued receiving feedback that the home was priced too high for buyers. During that time, I felt that our concerns about pricing and breaking even were not fully addressed. Instead, we were repeatedly asked whether we planned to cut costs in other areas of our personal finances, even though we had already explained that we were not willing to do so. Ultimately, we decided to take our home off the market because we couldn't reduce the price further without taking a larger financial loss. When we requested to cancel the listing agreement, we were told we could either pay approximately $1,000 in marketing expenses for an immediate release or wait the contractual 30-day cancellation period. We chose to wait. What disappointed me most happened afterward. As part of the cancellation process, we were presented with a five-page Confidentiality, Non-Disparagement, Release, and Settlement Agreement that included provisions related to public online reviews. We declined to sign because we were not comfortable giving up our ability to share our honest experience.

She talk to me, coached me and made me realize that I needed to move forward with selling my daughter’s home. Negative experience: My girlfriend and I were looking to getting a house a couple months ago. We reached out to one of the real estate agents with this company Luke Skovira and we were supposed to meet and look at a house. He didn’t show up and called me 15 minutes after our meeting time and used profanity when I told him that I had taken the day of just to meet with him. I’m so glad I’m working with a different agent with a different agency. Allfirst Realty should be disappointed.
