Fantastic experience: Jeff Mohler was our realtor for selling our house and buying our new home. Jeff is trust-worthy, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. We were very green to the home buying and selling process, and Jeff walked us through each step with confidence and patience. He had multiple meetings just to discuss the process and develop a game plan. He has a great reputation, which makes a difference in real-estate as it's so competitive! Other agents like working with Jeff for a reason, which became advantageous to us during our buying and selling process. He also recommended us to our now mortgage lender who was VERY helpful and knowledgeable in developing our plan. Buying process: we found a home of interest. Jeff got us in to see the home the first day on the market. With Jeff's guidance we made a competitive offer that we were comfortable with that was later accepted out of 20 offers on the home. When you are trying to buy the home of your dreams, Jeff's insight is invaluable. We did have to make a counter-offer during the process and being able to discuss with Jeff put us at ease and our offer was accepted :). He wanted us to be comfortable with our offer and never pressured us to go outside of that. Selling process: we now had to sell our home as quickly as possible, after our offer was accepted on the home we were buying. Jeff got a "coming soon" sign out the next day. Telling us to remain calm, but encouraging us to get our house ready to go "live" as soon as possible. Within weeks we were ready. Jeff had the photographer come as soon as we said so. Then had an open house, where we had multiple offers. Jeff led the discussion/negotiations to get us an offer above our goal set for selling our home. Summary: Jeff was the same great resource from our first meeting to our settlement(s). He is genuinely a great person and wants the best possible outcome for his clients. He's competitive and I think that's a good thing in his line of work. You can't go wrong with having him on your side!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Jeff by a coach at my daughter’s college towards the end of 2022, who was a reoccurring client of his, when I mentioned we were looking to relocate from San Diego to MD in early 2023, and would be looking to buy a house. Anyone who has been house hunting knows it can be exhausting and stressful, and more so when moving 2200 plus miles away and are clueless as to the best cities to look in. From the first time I spoke w/Jeff I felt an immediate connection; a comfortableness in speaking honestly about what we wanted, did not want, and my sometimes pickiness that can come off as being difficult due to past experiences w/poor quality realtors. That didn’t deter him. Nor did trying to find us the right house in a state where the homes are so different from the one we had in SD. He also understood that we weren’t looking to relocate for a good 6m later and never once made me feel like that was an inconvenience. None of that mattered. He was ready for the long haul. Jeff made sure to communicate continually w/me, checking in when I sent updates of the sale of our house, and the craziness and delays that went w/it - there were many - and made sure I got daily listings specific to our wants and needs. After 10 months, and so many hiccups, we finally arrived in MD and the in-person searching began. House hunting can be exhausting, disappointing, and honestly, it can suck at times, but we had SO much fun w/Jeff. We actually looked forward to it. When we finally found the right house for us, he worked hard at getting us the best deal and made sure everything went smoothly from inspection, to lending, to signing. He never lost sight as to why we made this move and the importance of our location. Fantastic experience: For years every time my wife and I wanted to casually see a property in Catonsville we would call Jeff. We explained that we weren't quite ready to make a move, just were curious. Each time, without fail, Jeff would take us to see the homes with no pressure. Then this summer it happened...a house to intriguing to pass up. Jeff took us to see the home several times before we decided to make an offer. He explained the process and headaches of dealing with a short sale, helped us to determine a reasonable offer, and guided us through the process. Jeff stayed in touch with us over the months of waiting to hear if our offer was accepted, answering phone calls and countless text messages, reassuring us along the way that things were moving along and everything was taking the normal route.
