Fantastic experience: Can't recommend them highly enough. Mark and team helped my family with 2 transactions - 1 buying, 1 selling - and went above and beyond for both. It was my family's first time dealing with these types of transactions and we felt we were in good hands throughout: They were diligent, honest, and communicative, and they provided us with a lot of valuable advice. Specifically for the sale, they had to show the house quite a bit due to its condition and portrayed a lot of patience and hard work, ultimately resulting in getting us the best possible outcome. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were introduced to Mark and his team by way of referral on a property we were interested in, shortly after moving to Baltimore. Although the property was ultimately taken off the market and we were not quite ready to purchase Mark was very professional and did his best to get an idea of what we were looking for. When we began searching in earnest, Mark and his team were extremely accommodating with their willingness to schedule showings around our weekly rhythm and work schedules many times on short notice. Fantastic experience: We were introduced to Mark Simone and his team through Zillow It could have associated us with another agent but Mark’s name was selected and we met with him. The first day was viewing multiple homes for my daughter which we discussed with Mark. Mark took the lead and gave us the pluses and minuses of each property. Mark is patient and kind, clear and on top of everything. I decided to sell my condo and move into a senior community apartment recently, about a year after I lost my husband. Mark and his team guided me through the pre-sale needs and got us to market in weeks. Once (quickly) under contract, they answered (and anticipated) all my questions and needs and we smoothly went to closing. This team (shout out to Julie who should be sainted!) turned what could have been an extremely stressful time into a calm process that I was totally prepared for, thanks to their guidance and management. Top all that off with they are just the nicest people. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It is my great pleasure to write a few words about our interaction with Mr. Corey Liberatore when we were looking for a house to buy. In our opinion, Corey is scored 10 out of 10. Corey was very helpful, shared with us his vast experience and was always available, patiently answering our questions. While showing us properties, Corey candidly helped us to identify the advantages and shortcomings of the properties he introduced to us, but never pushed us to decide either way. After we made our decision in buying one of the houses, Corey chaperoned us in every step until closing: from negotiations with the sellers and their rep and the tenants to finding an inspector and title company. Corey was thorough paying attention to any small detail and all with a good and supportive spirit. Altogether, we had an excellent experience working with Corey and we highly recommend anyone to work with him as a real estate broker.

There were a few items the seller needed to take care of and the team really held them accountable, which ultimately led to a better deal for us. Negative experience: Wyngrove did a great job helping purchase the home, so two years later I came back. The sale did not go as smooth. Mark sold me on using him to sell the home very well, but the process itself went poorly. Very little communication once the process started, He was pushing for a lower sale for faster turnover. We agreed on a sale price and home was originally listed for $10,000 below that price. In addition once i received an offer he had the price incorrect leading me to wonder if I was leaving something on the table. They do have nice infrastructure in place for showing the home and receiving feedback, but I would assume most firms have that. Overall though, I felt their service was lacking.

They did their thing and suddenly the showings started to roll in, followed shortly by an offer. They did an excellent job of staying in contact with the buyer’s agent and me, worked through a hundred little details, and closed the sale. Michelle is a consummate problem solver and a real asset in getting everything together towards the end. Mark and his team were excellent, even (perhaps especially) in a rough market.

Negative experience: getting unsolicited emails and txt messages from this group. when I call the number that was reaching out to me leads to one of the agents and I asked them how they got my info since I never asked or applied or clicked on anything related to inquiring about real estate. No response. I than got a txt from agent , I said I would like to speak to them .. they did not respond to 4 of my follow up txt's .
