Fantastic experience: Two home sales, the first in 2021 and now in 2026. We used Chip / AFRE both time and could not be any happier with those experiences and simple elegance of the service. We started getting viewing requested within minutes, literally, after posting on his MLS and they were super simple to manage ourselves as was working with the buyers' agents. And now that the buyer's agent's commission is more negotiable there's the opportunity save even more. This go around, we got the buy's agent to take a 2.5% commission. The traditional 6% (3% per agent) down to Chip's $999 and 2.5%...bank.

Fantastic experience: This is the ONLY way to sell a house, in my opinion! For $999, Chip provided professional pictures, the MLS listing, a sign and lockbox. We saved over $48,000 by using AFRE!!! The professional pictures and MLS listing (which automatically goes to Zillow, too) are all you need to sell your home! We were willing to work with buyer agents, but ended up selling to someone without an agent, which is why we saved so much money! Chip is so easy to work with and is easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. I never thought I would enjoy the process of selling our home, but with Chip's help, I can actually say I did! I would recommend using AFRE's flat fee listing to ANYONE selling their home!!

Fantastic experience: Chip made the process painless and most importantly, cheap! In our situation, instead of the $34k+ in commission I would have paid, the whole process cost me $1250. We found a buyer that did not have a realtor so we paid Chip his fee...and that was it. Of course you still have all the fees from the title company but that only amounted to a couple more thousand dollars. Selling a $570k home with commission and fees in the $3-5k range was glorious.

I didn’t know Chip Adams before listing our house but was attracted to the flat fee and saving a ton of money. With Adams Family Real Estate we saved over 16k selling our house. Find out why he has helped people save over 10 million dollars. What did we get? *professional photos and videos *listing on MLS *a binder full of knowledge *advice along the way *comps to aid in choosing list price What did we do? *prep our home to sell- stage right *price right *answer requests to show *UNDER CONTRACT in 8 days with two full price offers. Oh, and a realtor we consulted before choosing Chip suggested we list a full 50k less than what we sold at. To be honest a realtors commission is way out of line for the work, effort, and knowledge required in selling most homes. We all know buyers pick homes from the mls which feeds Zillow and Realtor.com, not open houses. Chip’s model fills this gap. He does what he says he’ll do. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience using Adam Family Real Estate. It by far exceeded my expectations. It was simple and easy process from the beginning to the end. It started with a photographer who came to the house and took high quality photos. After that, we scheduled a sit down that was about 40min long. That included discussing the listing price, gave him the house description for the listing and was issued the key and lock box. By the time I walked out his office, the house was listed across multiple plate forms to include Zillow. From there, I received emails and texts of confirmed showings. I was a bit hesitant to go this route initially because my lack of knowledge in real estate but overall I’m glad I did. Chip was very responsive, helpful and was there every time I needed guidance or to answer questions. I sold my first home using a realtor. This was the second home I sold. If I had to sell another home again, I would choose Adam’s Family Real Estate. Going this route saved me $11,748 in realtor fees. All I had to pay was $999. I consider that a great investment. We had 28 showings in 30 days, and saved $12,500 off of what we would normally have to pay in realtor commissions through the sale of our house in November, 2020. The high number of showings shows that traffic will come regardless of your realtor. The photos and listings were first class, and we had double the views in half of the time on Zillow compared with a similarly priced house just down the street (who was using a traditional realtor). Chip was always available to field questions and provide insight, as well as make changes in our pricing.
