Thật sự rất biết ơn chị. Từ đầu chị đã lắng nghe kỹ nhu cầu của mình (ngân sách, khu vực gần trường tốt, nhà một tầng cho tiện), gửi list nhà cực kỳ chi tiết kèm phân tích giá khu vực, tình trạng nhà, tiềm năng tăng giá… kiến thức của chị sâu và rất thực tế. Chị dẫn mình đi xem khoảng 20 căn ở khu Edmond (có hôm chạy cả ngày cuối tuần), trời nắng nóng hay mưa cũng không nề hà, lúc nào cũng nhiệt tình giải thích từng chi tiết rất rõ ràng. Đặc biệt là khả năng negotiate của chị quá đỉnh. Căn nhà mình mua cuối cùng seller ban đầu cứng lắm, không chịu xuống giá, chị deal qua lại liên tục, đưa comps thuyết phục, cuối cùng mình được giảm giá tốt + seller thay nguyên cái roof mới + sửa hết mấy món repair luôn. Suốt quá trình từ đặt offer đến closing, chị theo sát từng bước, nhắc deadline, giải thích giấy tờ rõ ràng, tối muộn hay cuối tuần vẫn rep tin nhắn ngay. Cảm giác như có người nhà đi mua cùng chứ không phải broker bình thường. Ai đang tìm mua nhà ở Edmond hoặc khu vực lân cận thì cứ liên hệ chị Victoria đi nhé, đặc biệt lần đầu mua nhà như mình thì yên tâm 100%. Chị không chỉ giỏi mà còn rất tận tâm.
