Negative experience: Unfortunately, I was arrested for receiving stolen property while Rosy was selling my house in Canton. While she did a good job finding a buyer, the rest of what she did may cause you to take pause. Basically, she stole a number of items from the house being sold. Namely, a two-piece wall sculpture in brown and gold wood tones. She attempted to steal another large art piece but she was thwarted by my friend who was helping in the whole process and was a party to the buying and selling process. I still to this date have no idea what else she stole because there was such a large amount of furniture and art in my house. Rosy basically assumed that I'd never get out of jail. I attempted to call her after a few months but she gave me the lame excuse of being at a wedding. A mutual friend told me she was not at a wedding but at home. Bad move. So, in short, she is a good agent but she will attempt to undercut, cheat and steal at the very, very, very first opportunity. I will also add that she is better representing you as a buyer rather than a seller. Her strengths lie therein.

We speculated whether we should continue to rent and buy later. However, a close friend introduced us to Mrs. Rosy Lakhani and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her! Mrs. Lakhani worked relentlessly to hunt down a home that was PERFECT! Mrs. Lakhani provided honest insight into the homes we toured - starting with what the homes lacked or needed to have repaired.
