Fantastic experience: Where do I start, I was referred to Cindy by another realtor, after discussing the area we were moving to. From the beginning Cindy and our realtor Becky were communicative and willing to help in any way possible. Even when negotiations started they presented options and feedback as to what was reasonable and what was pushing a limit. There knowledge in the area allong with there ability to communicate effectively was a well welcomed pace from what we had delt with before. Fantastic experience: Home shopping can easily become overwhelming. We're still pretty new to GA and needed a new Realtor, so we got in touch with the Bunch Team and was assigned to work with Becky. The first thing my wife and I took note of was the fact that Becky stood by her word. *** VERY IMPORTANT *** If she said she was going to call us, she called. If she said she was going to send us listings, she sent them. If we sent her listings to screen, she screened them. If we texted her, she responded in a timely manner. Always on time. Always very pleasant, personable, and professional. One may think this is how it's supposed to work, but trust me, it doesn't, not always. Becky listened to our concerns/requests/priorities. She didn't try to convince us into a property just to make a quick win. She kept constant communication... always asking us if there was anything else she could do. We just really felt the entire time that we were in great hands. The house that we chose presented a few roadblocks, but Becky took the initiative to make some well thought-out proposals on our behalf, which worked out in our favor. Fantastic experience: We were first-time home buyers. Naturally, we were anxious and naive in many ways. It took us about seven months to finally purchase the house. Needless to say, it was a very long process. We also changed our minds a few times as we learned more about what we really wanted. Throughout the process, Cindy was patient and supportive.
