Jackson’s knowledge of the real estate market and purchasing process certainly made it easy for us in our house hunt. Jackson often was a step ahead in anticipating our questions and requests. For example, we had an appointment set up to view several houses. Late afternoon the day before, I saw a brand new listing pop up on Zillow. When I called him about this house, he told me he had already arranged for us to view it the next day because he knew we would want to see it. He was always very quick to get answers for us if we had any questions. I’m happy to say we are now the proud owners of a house we love in a perfect location. Fantastic experience: Tyler Kinney is outstanding. My wife and I initially began our purchasing process with what we thought was a particular type of home, in a particular area of Fort Myers. We were out of state buyers with very little knowledge of the area. Tyler was very patient with us and extremely helpful as we diverted and bought a new home that was completely different (and in a different area) than our initial preference. Tyler was also there from the first house he showed us, through closing day on the home that we contracted sight unseen. I highly recommend Tyler and we will be calling on him in the future, whether for a round of golf or to purchase another property. 5 stars for sure.

This man didn’t just help me buy a house—he orchestrated a symphony of real estate wizardry that would make Mozart throw his piano into a lake out of jealousy. When Tyler opens a lockbox, angels sing. When he negotiates with a seller, the other agent faints, wakes up, and immediately agrees to every term just to be in his presence. Tyler showed me houses so perfect I half-expected unicorns to greet me at the door with champagne. He didn’t just find me a home—he found me a portal to a better dimension where interest rates are lower, neighbors bring cookies, and the HOA president personally mows your lawn. I once saw him parallel park in front of a showing so flawlessly that four pedestrians spontaneously burst into applause. His handshake alone could probably close a deal. If you’re not working with Tyler, you’re doing real estate wrong. Honestly, I’m convinced he could sell sand to a Floridian, water to a fish, and maybe even the moon if it ever hit the MLS. Tyler isn’t just a realtor. He’s the realtor. The legend. The myth. The closing-day superhero we didn’t deserve but desperately needed.

After moving about 20 times I found Jackson to be very professional, but the amazing part was how personal he was with me and my home and made this sale my best experience ever. It was that personal touch that allowed me to turn my home completely over to him and relocate to my new home in another state.He made sure my home was safe from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. He treated my home as if was his own. It was my experience that Jackson Simison provided me with something special in terms of service and knowing that he had my back, making sure that I was kept completely informed and my home was safe. I never had realtor be available as much as Jackson was who was available for showings whether it was his customers or not, he was there to interface with other realtors and buyers adding that personal touch that buyers don’t normally get. John was recommended to us by a family friend and he set us up with Jackson as our primary realtor. From our very first introductory call, I knew I was in good hands with the two of them. We were in the process of selling our home across the country and applying for a home loan, so we greatly appreciated Jackson and John helping minimize stress through their expert assistance. They were both always available and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We saw houses in person and virtually with them and they were able to set up house tours with ease and were able to accommodate all of our last minute requests. Jackson and John were patient with us and did not rush us at any step. After a little over a month, we found our home (via virtual tour with Jackson!).
