Before ever stepping into a house, the team really wants to get to know you so they can help find the home you've been looking for. I would say my situation was a little difficult but it was no match for Kevin. Unlike other realtors that have you walk through 50 houses, Kevin was able to whittle down a select few that fit my needs. He has great advice and is very blunt about which areas provide amenities and your peace of mind. If there was a 6th star I'd be adding it. Negative experience: I would not recommend working with Shelly Hartford based on my personal experience. I found her to be very unreliable throughout the process. She made promises that were not delivered, and the information she provided was often inconsistent. I felt misled and extremely disappointed with the level of honesty and professionalism. If you decide to buy or sell a home, I strongly suggest doing thorough research and choosing an agent who communicates clearly, follows through, and is transparent. My experience with Shelly did not meet those expectations.
