Negative experience: I would not recommend him as a realtor to sell your home. We were interested in purchasing one of his listings as unrepresented buyers and specifically did not want a buyer’s agent. He refused to show us the property unless we agreed to have him represent us as buyers as well. As a seller, I would find this concerning because it potentially prevents interested, unrepresented buyers from viewing your property simply because the agent would not also receive the buyer-side commission. In our case, he may have lost a legitimate buyer for his seller because of that requirement. As a buyer, the experience left me questioning whether the priority was getting the best outcome for the seller or securing additional compensation for himself.

Fantastic experience: Charlie was on it from start to finish. He knows the market and equally accommodates the interests of both sides of the transaction. Very reaponsive amd professional. Highly recommend.
