Negative experience: We were in the process of purchasing a home that they were selling for a client. We made an offer, they agreed. We sent the paperwork, then they backed out. The way it was done screwed us over quite a bit. My suggestion would be to find someone else to work with instead of this place.

Negative experience: We are looking for a lake home and drove from Houston to Lake Livingston. Our agent was not available so she sent a colleague. One of our stops was a listing by in this office by the and agent named Robert Cory. The agent was unable to open the keybox and reached out to him. His advise to her was to "hit it with a brick". She tried to do this to no avail. In the meantime, my husband and I were walking the property and when we came back, my husband tried to help her hit the lockbox with a rock. The agent again called Mr. Cory who said it worked for him in the past. When I heard that, I basically grabbed the phone out of OUR agent's hand and asked how he was going to remedy the situation. He said "mam, I'm all the way down in Katy, what do you want me to do?" I asked him why he wouldn't have replaced the lockbox when he found out it was broken in the first place and he said it wasn't broken. Well....then why did he say that it worked when he hit it with a brick and then tell our agent to also do this? I cannot for the life of me understand how someone would jeopardize their OWN livelihood with such shoddy practices, let alone that of other agents. This situation should not have happened. It was pure laziness on his part. If he was THERE and that happened, it should have been addressed immediately. If I was the owner and my agent was this negligent, he'd be toast. Imagine trying to sell your house and people can't even get in to see it! I do NOT recommend this man to sell your home.

Negative experience: Just want to let you know that AICELA NOEMI MORENCY is very unprofessional and unethical making very uncomfortable comments and sending me pictures of her legs my wife and I didn't like that, plus she didn't follow up with us, then we decided to fired her and get another different realtor from a diferent company... Even if I'm posting this in english it doesn't mean that I know how to write it or read it I'm using Google Translator to do this, but my point is that she sent me paperwork to sign on my phone and everything was in english, I didn't know what was it and I trusted her with out letting me know what it was, she took advantage of it for her to get the money of the commission from the other agent. Basically she stoll the commission of 10k to the agent. Please people just be careful with AICELA NOEMI MORENCY

Finding the right place can be stressful and difficult but not when you have an amazing team doing all the hard parts for you. They asked all the right questions to find something that fit my wants and needs. As they found places that fit my criteria they helped me narrow it down by comparing our options available and pointing out pros and cons I never thought about or saw without their professional help. They quickly learned what styles I liked to even better tailor to my personal needs. There was no pressure to make a choice even when I was being picky. An online profile was set up for me to view my potential option that was constantly updated. As a new listing would be just hours on the market it was added to my profile for viewing. If you are reading this just contact them and you will not regret it. Thank you for the peace of mind and allowing me to focus on my work and life while you focused on finding the next best place. PS. I was moving with my dog that has special needs, they treated my pup like a roommate and considered her with every unit they showed me.

Not once did I feel like I wasn't her highest priority. Cathy was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was easy with her through emails, text messages, and phone calls. When I finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure I would land it at the price I wanted.
