Fantastic experience: I like it here!

Negative experience: Our experience with Canvas Real Estate was extremely disappointing. Our original exclusive listing agreement was scheduled to run until April 25, 2026. For reasons acknowledged by the parties and at the listing agent’s recommendation, all parties, including the managing broker, signed or initialed an amendment changing the termination date to February 26, 2026. Despite this, the managing broker refused to honor the amended termination date and continued asserting exclusive listing rights until April 25, preventing us from relisting with another broker for nearly two months.

Negative experience: ****dealt with a very shade realtor named Jose Marin! Don’t do business with this company!

Negative experience: I would just like to say that the communication is HORRIBLE!!!! They’re agents must be waking up at 12 in the afternoon cause that’s when they respond to emails. It’s ridiculous! They speed you through the walkthrough don’t really explain nothing and then question the urgency on why you want to move! Don’t mention anything regarding the community or what it offers! Very disappointed was really looking forward to the house we looked at but just experience alone just lost me!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Canvas Real Estate, specifically Danielle Soper was phenomenal! As a renter, I do NOT have the cleanest financial history but Danielle found what I was looking for in no time! I now rent a townhouse in the suburbs and best of all, Danielle stayed within my budget. She was always available and went the extra mile, but her greatest quality was transparency. It was a pleasure working with Canvas and I look forward to working with them when I purchase a home.

Negative experience: They young man that took my order I think his name was Jouvency excellent customer service skills he took my order totally correct the other kid's that where playing around in the back just didn't care what they were doing I ordered a Half chicken dark with a chicken Caesar salad almost $25 i spent out of my pocket an was given a quarter chicken white meat that was old as heck everything was dry except for my Caesar salad witch was the only thing that I could enjoy had to threw the rest out because I couldn't eat that I couldn't turn around because I had an emergency but I knw I wouldn't be eating there again if I could give no star's I would of or a half of star to the young man that took my order

Negative experience: A Warning: Avoid Canvas Real Estate and Their Predatory Contract Policy ​I am writing this review to strongly advise any homeowner considering working with Canvas Real Estate to look elsewhere. Our experience was truly horrible, culminating in a deeply unethical and punitive cancellation process that cost us time and money. ​We were unhappy with their service for various reasons: - Poor communication - Lack of effective marketing strategies - No support from the firm We decided that continuing with them was counterproductive and asked for the agreed-upon contract cancellation. ​The Contract Hostage Tactic: ​The core of our terrible experience lies in their cancellation clause. They make you sign a contract for 1 year telling you that's standard practice. While the contract suggests that cancellation is possible upon mutual agreement without penalty, this proved to be completely false. After us and our realtor had signed the cancellation, the broker, Ernesto, informed us point-blank that Canvas has a "policy of never canceling contracts." ​This is not a real estate service; it is a listing hostage tactic. They refused to release our property from their contract, effectively blocking any other agency from working with us or listing our home legitimately. ​Forced Commission and Extortion: ​To proceed with a new agency, Canvas required any new broker to sign a "referral agreement" agreeing to pay Canvas a significant percentage of the final commission for the sale of our home. Their business model appears to rely on forcing payments from other, better brokers rather than earning their money by providing quality service to their own clients. ​This is simply a predatory, and unethical practice designed to trap clients and profit from their failure to deliver. Do yourself a favor and choose an agency that operates with integrity.

Negative experience: OBAIDA MOHL is absolutly horrid. Do not use her or this company if they still employee her! My partner is Jewish and she made us feel extremely uncomfortable with the way she shamed and spoke to us. She was extremely hateful and dismissive, possibly because of my partners necklace (a star). She has also been posting on Facebook horrid, hateful things. It shows on her Facebook she works for this company, which is hard to believe they would be okay with racism. Her lack of humanity is completely alarming and I could never ever buy or sell a house from someone who treated me and my fiance differently just for our religions. Hopefully canvas can do something about this because it’s quite alarming and terrifying.

Negative experience: We wanted to buy a new investment property, we had Vitaly sapiro as a agent. This guy is the worst to work with. He didn't listen to anything we wanted, ignoring all our phone calls and then asked our 17 yo daughter for her phone number. I would not trust this guy.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE COSTUMER EXPERIENCE DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Unfortunately this is the last resource we have to call the attention of the broker. My apartment have been listed for the last 6 months with Ana Cecilia and Andrea Gonzalez, they had an offer months ago and didn’t manage to concrete the sale. When the offer expired, already weeks ago, I decided to end the contract with this realtor for the lack of success and then the problems started. They haven’t put down the listing so I can’t post MY apartment AFTER the contract ended and we signed the release papers. They stopped answering my messages and calls and have been pushing. I have no way to contact anyone else, since I live in another country, and the USELESS realtors are just getting in the way because they’re upset the sale didn’t work out.

Fantastic experience: My mom works there and I've been there, and it truly has been a delight for her and her peers to be working there. This company is a solid choice to buy a home to live in for the rest of your life from the prices your getting and from the impeccable service they provide.

Negative experience: Working with this company cost my family $29,000 due to the ineptitude of my agent and lack of support from their broker. Advertising our property initially at $489k, we eventually went under contract at $479k. When appraisal day came, however, my agent brought no comps to help justify our contract price. Even after the appraiser left the agent never even sent the appraiser anything. What a surprise then when the appraisal came back a full $41,000 LESS than the contract price, at $438k. This despite almost every property value algorithm out there routinely emailing us projected values between $465k and $481k based on comparable property sales in the area. When this number came back I contacted the broker because I realized my agent was completely over their head. From him I received a single reply that he would look into it and then nothing after that. Even our buyers took pity on us because they knew exactly what you COULDN'T get in the market at $438k. Seriously, these folks are only in this business to get paid, all at their customers' expense. Buyer - and seller - beware. The realtor market is too competitive... Go somewhere else with your business.

Negative experience: I just am not sure that I have words strong enough for how terrible our experience was with Eva Willette. We sold our house in a huge seller’s market with houses flying off the shelf all around us. Our realtor listed our house high and told us to expect it to sell there. We then a week later lowered it $10,000 and received multiple offers. Her inexperience at her job causes us to almost lose a full price offer because she kept pushing us towards a $20,000 lower offer. After pushing her to accept the full price offer we went under contract. The inspection came and the inspector came up with all kinds of insane non-issue issues and we took care of a few and then waited for appraisal. We were told by Eva that it was her job to bring us to appraisal and that she would bring comps to the table and get the job done. She came to appraisal with zero comps in hand and I made her promise that she would email the appraiser the comps in our area which would have shown our asking price as being very fair. The appraisal came in $40,000 lower than our contracted price. And she had NEVER emailed the appraisal the comps like she told us she did. We ended up selling the house at this low price and actually had to pay $2500 to close on our house in this market. The market had our house at $481,000 and the appraisal was $438,000 and we closed at $450,000. She had zero problems walking away with $13,500 commission check after doing ABSOLUTELY ZERO WORK to sell my home. This 40k loss was devastating to us and this company should be ASHAMED to allow this realtor to work here. Eva Willette should be ashamed to call herself a realtor.

Fantastic experience: Realty World is a great company where the agents will find the support from all the staff there and Ernesto( the owner) is a kind person always ready to help his agents and his employees, I had the opportunity to work with them and I highly recommend this company

Negative experience: Horrible Agent. Ernesto Vega keeps changing my house description on Zillow to add his name as the agent after the house is has been sold more than 3 years. Warning Do not use!
