He was very personable and after a 20 min phone interview, invited him to meet my sisters (co-owners). We were all 3 pleased with him. He was knowledgeable about the market, lived in the neighborhood and had a good understanding of what was involved in this sale. Fantastic experience: Best Realtor in South Florida! As first time homebuyers the process was extremely stressful at times. It is a huge decision and commitment. Carlos took the time to explain the whole process to us before we even started looking at homes. Then he spent time on evenings and weekends showing us countless homes around our work schedules. We were not the easiest clients and Carlos never complained once. Carlos was always available to answer any questions we had and I had a lot. After our offer was accepted Carlos went above and beyond helping us with every part of the process. He helped us find affordable homeowners insurance, a reliable inspector and title company. He also put us in contact with our loan broker who was also great. Carlos' negotiation skills are unmatched. He was able to get our offer accepted for much less than the appraisal value and on top of that, got us seller credits to go towards repairs. After the closing you would expect a realtor to move on to their next customer since the sale was made and their job is done but Carlos did not stop there. He provided us with contacts for repairs that were needed on the house. He sent us roofers, electricians, pool professionals, and lawn care options. Each one we have met for quotes so far has been professional, skilled and affordable. You can bet if Carlos recommends someone they are a good option. Overall, we could not be happier with the service Carlos provided. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Carlos exceeded every expectation we had. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.
