Negative experience: Be careful who you do business with, specially referrals. Jean Paul Figallo will make a deal with you and agree to one thing, then when it closes he decides to change the terms and send less. He will also lie, say it closed a month later than it did and tell you he got a lower commission so he can send you less or this, case nothing at all. Buyer/seller/agents beware!

Negative experience: Had an appointment with Jean Paul to see a home. He never showed up but texted me to wait there. I waited for an hour and he still never showed up. I called multiple times and he did not answer the phone. I drove from Miami to pompano beach to see this house. I have never experienced such an unprofessional realtor in my life. Wasted 3 hours of my day. Please be careful when you make appointments with this company.

Fantastic experience: I first met Minerva in 2008, when I was in the market to purchase a condominium unit in South Beach, FL. I had attempted to work with several realtors in South Beach, but only one local realtor returned my phone calls, and he didn't want to "waste" his time unless I was absolutely committed to buying. Luckily, I somehow stumbled upon Minerva’s name. Even though at the time, Minerva specialized in towns far north of Miami Beach, she was willing to take me on as a client, sight unseen, with no preconditions. She knew what I would soon discover: that she had the unique determination, spirit and work ethic to help me find the perfect property. Our relationship began via e-mail, because I live in Washington, D.C. Through our initial correspondence, Minerva identified the types of properties and locations that would potentially meet my needs. When we met in person several days later, she had already compiled a day’s worth of properties to show me. Her scheduling was flawless, as was her uncanny ability to cope with rusty lock-boxes and prickly selling agents. Through her market knowledge and attention to the nuances of the various properties, I was able to narrow-down my search first to two properties, and then ultimately to the one property I purchased. Throughout the purchase process, beginning with my initial offer and continuing until the title company had obtained every possible bit of documentation from me, and through the real estate closing, Minerva functioned has my local eyes and ears because I was in Washington, DC, for the entire real estate settlement process. After the closing, Minerva continued, and continues to this day, to assist me with obtaining contractors and homeowner services. She is a real estate gem and has become a treasured friend.
