Andrea was referred to us by my brother, who is also a realtor in San Diego. She met my mother in our family “dream home,” a three-level, 3,400 sq. ft. house my dad designed and managed the build of in 1985. The home was built to entertain, raise a family, and enjoy unobstructed views of Folsom Lake. After my dad passed away, the house became far too much for my mom to manage on her own—but emotionally, she wasn’t ready to leave. Andrea quickly recognized that this first meeting wasn’t about selling. It was about listening. She gave my mom the space to share everything that went into the home and the nearly 40 years of memories tied to it. By the end of that conversation, Andrea understood that when the time came, my mom would need a new home that carried forward as many of those meaningful details as possible. When my mom was finally ready, Andrea found a new home with a clear view of the sky out the back and wood-and-rock accent walls that echoed the character of her previous home. With that, my mom felt comfortable moving forward. Andrea and her team seamlessly helped us get my mom into her new home while simultaneously preparing and listing the old one. This is where Andrea’s interior design and project management expertise truly stood out. Her team coordinated an estate sale to clear out 40 years of belongings, followed by a complete clean-out and property cleanup. Andrea recommended updates, such as painting the cabinets and replacing the light fixtures, to transition the home from an ’80s aesthetic to a more modern look. Once staged, the transformation was incredible. Andrea’s team created a beautiful video, managed the listing from start to finish, and kept us informed at every step until the home sold. My mom was especially touched to learn that a family with young children would be moving in to create their own memories in what was once her dream home. And the story doesn’t end there. Even after all funds were disbursed, Andrea continued to check in. She and her team have truly become part of our family—offering ongoing support, providing trusted contacts for cleaning, maintenance, and other local services, and always being available for guidance. I know that if I need anything in the El Dorado Hills area, Andrea is my first call. Andrea made this emotional transition for my mom completely seamless. Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful real estate experience working with Andrea. Our Father who lived on the American River in El Dorado County for over 35 years was ready to sell his house. It did need some major clean up, organization and interior painting. Andrea gave us measurable tasks and assignments which were clear and attainable. It can be somewhat overwhelming working with the elderly, especially with some health issues but Andrea remained available, engaged, friendly, patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. We were convinced that my father and his wife were confident hands. Fantastic experience: Andrea helped us find a beautiful home in Gold River. We've bought and sold 8 houses in 8 very different parts of the country. Andrea is by the far the most responsive realtor we've ever dealt with. We called her on a Sunday afternoon, she met us within an hour with access to the house we called about, and four other similar properties. She listened and remembered our selection criteria and didn't try to "upsell" by showing us homes that were larger or more expensive than we wanted. Her deep knowledge of the local communities is very valuable. What's more, her staff handled all the post-contract details with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Living out of state and having a limited amount of time for house hunting had been a challenge. Andrea took the time to find out what we wanted and needed in a home and provided us with numerous options. She was able to get us in to see a variety of homes during a weekend trip to CA. She always kept us up to date during the purchase process and would get back to us immediately when we had any questions or concerns. Andrea and Team were there every step of the way. I have never sold a home before and leaned on her professionalism and expertise. When things seem hectic to me, she had my back from curb junk removal of the home to preparing home estimates, obtaining tradesmen and assisting with color options and light fixtures that spruce a home with just the right touch of TLC. Their proprietary software gave me timelines and communications notifications to let me know what was going on in the background when there was a calm for me. She was always responsive with text messages and phones calls. The home sold in 26 days in the mist of winter holidays. I chose Andrea over two others in my initial pick because she offered and provided me estimates without even asking in our initial introduction meetup. Fantastic experience: Andrea was an excellent realtor and really knows her profession, the market, and how to make things work smoothly. For context – I was a first time buyer with a VA loan which could be difficult for different sellers. This is also the biggest purchase which required a lot of considerations which sometimes make the process much more difficult or like I like to call it paralysis by analysis while balancing out the fear of missing out with even more showings. Andrea worked with me and my fiancée – and listened to some of our needs and wants, and helped us consider things that weren’t even on our radar. For instance, future value of certain aspects, potential development in the area, and considerations to future school systems for whenever that next step comes along. Communications – Andrea was excellent in always keeping us apprised of the situation, and being available to answer questions and giving us realistic timelines that were always accurate. There were even times where a last minute showing/ tour was available and she made the effort to be there help with some major decisions. Representation – we ended up going to a new build/ new developer – which some unsolicited advisors would tell me I did not need an agent for – but I disagree, Andrea being there for the tours keep the sales people on the straight and narrow and avoided a lot of small talk that wasn’t necessary – she was also able to negotiate certain things we really appreciated. She provided guidance and her professional opinion regarding things we didn’t even consider like adjacent lots, future developments and traffic patterns. To be honest- its cause as a potential buyer – I tended to romanticize the future of a house and settle at points – but Andrea got us into our now perfect home.
