On top of that, my wife has health concerns that eliminated a lot of housing stock (no 2-story, carpet or raised foundations). Ryan was very patient and answered all of our concerns. Fantastic experience: We were selling in Cameron Park and buying in El Dorado Hills at a time of year we thought likely wouldn't be ideal. And we wanted to quickly buy another house we'd fallen for. The odds of pulling all this off successfully were slim to none. I've done a lot of real estate buying and selling over the years, and it's never fun. But I can honestly say Gail and Ryan were the best agents I've ever worked with in all those years, bar none. Their attention to detail and relentless pursuit of great service throughout never ceased to amaze us. They gave us expert advice (which turned out to be right), our house was staged and photographed to look like a million bucks, and we got multiple offers in short order in return. In spite of the difficulty of managing two simultaneous sell/buy transactions that were both short and fast, nothing got dropped. I often joked that Ryan was my psychologist throughout, which was only half kidding -- this stuff's always stressful, and it means so much to have a great advocate who will follow through on things that are important to you, even if they're not to someone else. He was on call day and night.
