Fantastic experience: My wife and I have worked with Wendi-Mae five times for our home real estate needs. She came highly recommended when we first hired her to look for a home in the Sacramento area, and she has given us no reason to look elsewhere, when it comes to any/all of our Real Estate needs. Wendi-Mae exudes both knowledge and care with each and every step of the process regardless of the current housing market … which is just as her tag line says, “Any Market is a good market, with Wendi-Mae on your side!”. She is also very impressive when it comes to negotiating with her peer realtors, keeping our needs as clients in mind first, and does what it takes to close the deal. In particular, in our last real estate transaction, Wendi-Mae helped us with a 1031-exchange. She was very proactive in making sure that we talk to the right people to get the information needed to understand the process and pre-select an exchange company. Once the escrow on the home being sold was initiated, she helped quickly identify homes that can be used for the exchange. In fact, she even landed up calling every home-owner of two large communities to see if we can find a home that was not yet on the market that would make for an easier exchange. And, once the exchange property was identified, she helped close the transaction approximately 3 weeks after the close of escrow on the sold home, well within the 45 days required for the exchange. Finally our working with Wendi-Mae are not just real estate related. She continues to help us even to this day, by referring us to her list of contractors and service providers, whatever the need, over the years. She has never left us hanging, always responds to our calls or text messages within minutes, and is always considerate of our needs. We trust her implicitly — and simply put, won’t work with anyone else.

Fantastic experience: This was a very tough sale for my father and our family…Wendi-Mae knew it would be and was beyond amazing-from day one, not to mention, day one was more than a month before the home was ready for market-She did EVERYTHING!! Either herself-or had a crew that she organized-whatever came up, Wendi-Mae handled it-made our heads spin! Seriously! Crazy market and circumstances -it was not an easy process not at all. The sale fell out of escrow twice to no fault of Wendi Mae’s. Fantastic experience: I met Wendi-Mae through a mutual friend when I was looking for a local knowledgeable realtor to sell our home. Fantastic experience: My mother relocated out of state and decided to sell her home. This was the first time she had ever sold a home and Wendi-Mae was wonderful in explaining everything from step one to the finish line. As you know selling a home doesn't come with its issues like a leak from the air conditioner and Wendi-Mae coming to the rescue to head off any issues by sending over one of guys to tarp the house before the rain came in that night. Of course this was at 7AM on a Saturday.
