Fantastic experience: Mangrove was great!! We had started our tenancy under a different company that couldn't be bothered to take care of us in a timely manner (we went without hot water in our main bathroom for our first 40 days, had our fridge and oven break on us for 2 weeks while we lived out of a cooler and airfryer while the company promised us whole new appliances for our kitchen - but instead, to fix this, the company gave us two options - we could either move into a different vacant unit that we learned later was in terrible shape - after just having moved a month prior - or what they ended up doing was giving us old appliances from that same unit which also brought bugs with them... YUCK!!), on top of several other issues we had. We had started to regret signing the lease in the first place. When Mangrove took over about a month and a half into our lease, they realized what we had been dealing with and quickly remedied the situation. We had new appliances within the week, and Brett, the maintenance guy, made sure everything was installed properly. Taylor was great and a pleasure to work with. She answered promptly and always made sure we were taken care of. Every time we had an issue, someone came out within a couple of days to fix it. Once Mangrove took over management of the property we were renting, it was smooth sailing and we really enjoyed our time spent at that property.

Fantastic experience: We rented a townhouse in West Palm Beach for a one-year lease with this property management company and had a great experience overall. They were responsive whenever we reached out, whether it was a maintenance issue or just a general question, and things always got handled quickly. Communication was clear from the start of the lease all the way through move-out, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our time at the Casa Del Sol community! We were there for 3 years and didn’t have any issues getting in contact with the property management team. When we did need them, they were very attentive and responsive. They made sure to reach out to make sure things were completed. We even welcome our first born in our time there; the neighborhood is open and we have had good interactions with our neighbors. I really think that with the care of the townhomes and nature of the area being kid-friendly, that a front gate would be a great addition. Overall, we wish we didn’t have to leave to soon & are happy we had the chance to live there. Taylor Hill, Property Assistant, is amazing!

They handled all the details for obtaining and keeping a renter to ensure I was making money on the property. After this I utilized them to sell my home. The team helped me through the entire process and got me a wonderful price on the home. My only complaint with the fantastic service is I no longer have a home to utilize their services on anymore.

They also cared for the community and did an excellent job at maintaining its beauty and quality of renters.

The place was meticulously clean and fully ready for move in. All the keys were provided, and all needed instruction for the tenant (utilities transfer, garbage pick up, etc)

Mike took on a huge project remediating mold (which had occurred prior to hiring him) and dealing with a heavy renovation. His contacts allowed for everything to be done extremely quickly at a time where contractors are nearly impossible to find, and he was able to find good tenants for a long term rental. No issues since he has taken over. Can't recommend this company enough.

Fantastic experience: Mike and his team at Mangrove Property Management are in my opinion the best property managers I have ever dealt with (this is according to both the experience as a home owner and as a renter under other property management companies). Mike was property manager for a home I owned and rented out for 3 years, after moving out west. During this time I had 100% trust that Mike was always working in the best interests of both us and the tenants. He is very thorough and mindful of equal opportunities when we were selecting tenants. He was always timely in notifying us of issues raised by the tenants and walked us through all the options of resolving the issue. He has an extensive and long standing network of repair and maintenance persons which help to get things done quickly and at reasonable costs. He even personally handled small repairs, saving us a lot of money. We never had any issues getting into contact with him even while living so far away. His property management fees are very competitive as well, which help to maximize our investment in the property. I feel we couldn't have found better services for the rates charged. Another nice convenience was Mangrove Property Management's online portal. This portal was useful for us for seeing financial statements, maintenance reports, and tax information. Everything was easy and quick to view and download. It made doing taxes for the rental very easy. The tenant portal was also good, allowing tenants to pay rent and submit documents and repair requests. Finally, we eventually sold the property to the tenants in our home and make served as our representative during the process. He is a licensed real estate agent, so was able to perform all the work needed to sell the home. This saved us the need to hire a separate real estate agent. I highly recommend to use Mangrove Property Management, you will not be disappointed!
