Negative experience: My experience with this brokerage was disappointing and did not meet the level of professionalism I expect in a real estate transaction. When I contacted the broker, Roy Carrano, to discuss my concerns, the call was ended abruptly when he hung up during our conversation. I found this interaction to be unprofessional and inconsistent with the standards of communication expected in this industry. Additionally, I had concerns regarding the level of due diligence performed by Realtor Ashley Colagiacomi. Certain matters that I believe warranted closer attention and follow-through were not addressed to the standard I consider appropriate for a licensed real estate professional. Real estate transactions require clear communication, responsiveness, and careful attention to detail. In my experience, those expectations were not met. I encourage prospective clients to carefully evaluate their representation to ensure it aligns with their expectations for professionalism, diligence, and client service.
