Post from 2020: Noune’ is the perfect realtor. We were first time homebuyers, nervous about the process and navigating the system during the COVID pandemic. Noune’ took the time to sit with us from the outset, teach us what we needed to be prepared for, and set us up with the resources to start to learn what sort of decisions we could make. It took a long time until the repairs were even started, and she relentlessly pushed for their completion. In the end, despite tight timelines, all repairs were completed by closing due to her perseverance. We had many roadblocks during the process (issues with property taxes, HOA fees, insurances), but we could always count on her immediate support whenever we needed her, every step of the way. Noune truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We were lucky to have her by our side during this process and cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Noune for the past 2-3 years. At each step in the whole process she showed commitment to excellence. We made several offers to single houses and condos in Acton, Hopkinton and Lexington. Every time she put a lot of effort and time, but it didn’t work out either because of very competitive post pandemic market (we didn’t want to make crazy offers) or we just withdrew the accepted offers after inspection (we are picky). Negative experience: Really disappointed on this listing agent. We got so confused about the whole process. We didn’t see any professionalism on her. We gave a very strong and clean offer at the very first day when the house was posted on the market as we really liked the house itself and took it seriously. Then we were told by her that the seller really liked our offer and probably would take it. But she still wanted to wait for another offer to form a competition for BUYERs’ “fairness”? (you didn’t see it wrong, she said for “buyers’ fairness”). We are currently not sure whether she well communicated with her client about our offer and how she explained to her client why need to wait. We didn’t get it why she insisted to wait for another offer even though the seller liked ours and ready to take it. Then she requested to check our finance situation, which I thought was normal in purchase process, however, we believe it was a “trap” now. My wife and myself both have decent jobs in healthcare field. We showed her our pre-approval letter, credit report, bank statement (with balance for 30% down payment), plus we just sold a condo. However, she still concerned but we didn’t know WHY... Did she really communicate with her client smoothly OR she’s been manipulating her client NOT taking our offer? Was there any bias or racism? We are not sure… Anyways she asked us to participate the “best & final” bidding, and finally her client accepted the other offer with lower bidding price. The only reason she gave us was that her client was happy that the other buyer offered 50% down payment. This is beyond our knowledge... As a seller, should you concern whether the buyer pay 50% or 30% down? What’s the benefit for her client to take a lower bidding price when both offers were clean? Did she really protect her client benefit?

This was extraordinary because our home purchase with Noune included a really uncertain time with the home buyer that was outside of both Noune and my control, but Noune showed her experience and helped calm me during this time and still helped move along the purchase. Fantastic experience: Noune was very responsive from day one until the closing, we knew that any question we had we could reach out to her and she would have the answer for us. We looked in a wide area and when we found the house and had our offer accepted she did a thorough research calling the town zoning and building departments and talking to the companies who tested the well water and the Septic tank. Fantastic experience: Noune is amazing! She is very detailed and explained everything at our first meeting. Fantastic experience: We saw a house online and reached out to Noune and right away she made an appointment for us to see it. While there, she pointed out a few negatives and a few positives and we realized that we really like the place. Her advice was spot on. We went and saw a few more places just to make sure.
