Fantastic experience: If you’ve ever bought or sold a home, you already know that everyone seems to know a “realtor” who can help. I’ve purchased and sold several properties over the years and have worked with many agents and brokers, on both the buying and selling side. But I have never experienced such a positive, seamless, and well-executed process as I did with Lynne Minchello (and her husband Don) at The Denman Group. They are not your typical realtor team. They operate with a modern, tech-forward, and highly coordinated approach that makes the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What they deliver is truly a white-glove service in an industry that often feels outdated. For example: the day before the open house, Don was outside mowing a small strip of grass along the sidewalk that the landscapers had missed. He was also holding a hockeystick planning to clear a fallen branch off the roof making sure every detail was perfect. That level of hands-on care is unheard of. And as we approached closing, usually a chaotic whirlwind, I braced myself for all the typical last-minute tasks: meter readings, smoke certificates, utility final bills, etc. None of that stress ever surfaced. Lynne and her team proactively handled everything from replacing smoke detectors, coordinating inspections, even driving to the water department herself to finalize the bill the day before closing. All I had to do was approve things periodically. It was that easy. Even with everything I’ve shared here, I still don’t think I can fully express how exceptional these people and this team truly are. They are pioneers in their industry, and if you’re buying or selling a home, you absolutely want them in your corner. I cannot recommend The Denman Group strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Logan to buy our home. I've never worked with a better professional of any kind. Logan went so far above and beyond that they were in the stratosphere. We had a difficult transaction; our seller was neither competent nor cooperative. Logan essentially project managed the completion of the seller's work on our house and totally shielded us from an extremely unpleasant individual on the other side of the transaction. Our purchase could have been a complete nightmare, and it wasn't only because of Logan. Plus, the house appraised for WELL over what we paid for it. I can't recommend them highly enough. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Lisa and her team - they were exactly what was initially promised and we would recommend them to anyone selling their treasured home. From the opposing perspective I was immediately impressed with not just her professionalism but also her easygoing manner. In the negotiations, in reading the participants, she probably improved the result for her client by a significant amount. I knew then that I’d want Lisa to represent me if and when I sold this same property. I was not disappointed. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. I want to extend this to all the members of her team as well. They were efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and generous of their time and resources in getting the property sold for a better than expected amount in a difficult market. There are several stages in selling a property and Lisa and her team were indispensable to the success of each. I’m listing them here to impress that there’s a lot more than you may think might be involved in the sale of a property- Preparation- Determining what renovations made sense, staging, contractor recommendations, getting together all necessary documents, pricing, selling materials, hands on follow up with visits at each stage to make sure everything is perfect Showings-Open houses, follow up with potential buyers and, important in this case, monitoring the changing market conditions to stay ahead of the curve. This includes reaching out to her network of fellow realtors to help get the most information possible. Negotiations- once again I felt that Lisa’s recommendations resulted in a significant increase in the sale price, this time to my benefit. There were also issues raised by the inspection. Lisa helped negotiate these successfully to everyone’s satisfaction. Closing- At my request, Lisa recommended several attorneys. I was very pleased with the work that the attorney did. She scheduled the staging removal, fire department inspection and final walk through. When you’re choosing a realtor to sell your home, you are choosing a partner in one of the most important events of your life. In all respects Lisa always felt like a partner. I recommend her without reservation.

Fantastic experience: My family was fortunate enough to work with Todd and his team in selling and purchasing a house. In a market identified by chaos, Todd reminded us time and again that we should not rush into anything and that he wanted us to be sure about our decisions. In our first meeting, Todd communicated that he and his team would make the process as easy as possible for us in both selling and buying, and they went above and beyond to deliver on this promise! He was able to coach us through offers to make sure that we felt competitive while not going outside of the budget that we agreed to. Fantastic experience: Todd and the whole Denman Property team are amazing. I have worked with Todd for three different purchases and sales. I first worked with Todd as a first-time home buyer back in 2016. I came into the process completely clueless and Todd patiently walked me through each step. Once I was ready to make an offer, he helped me ensure that despite 15 other offers, I was able to create the winning offer. This past spring, I worked with Todd to sell my parents’ home who recently passed away. Todd was very sensitive to the situation. Additionally, my brother and I, while very close, have very different styles and we appreciated that he took the time to accommodate both of us. With his help, we were able to sell the home for higher than we anticipated. He first suggested some simple updates we could make to increase the appeal and value of the home. Originally, we were reluctant to do too much because we were stressed and didn’t feel like we had time but once we learned that Todd would literally manage every step of the construction and staging AND that through compass we could get a loan for most of the work, we decided to move ahead with updates. Todd with help of his contractors and stager literally transformed their home! As a result, we ended up getting a handful of offers over asking and selling for 15% over asking price! Right after selling my parents’ condo, I worked with Todd for a third time on purchasing a new single-family home. Just like the first time, I had to compete against ten other offers and Todd guided me through getting the winning offer. In both cases, I was not offering the most amount of money but with Todd’s guidance I was able to create the most compelling offer for the sellers. Todd is amazing for so many reasons- he comes from a construction background and brings a wealth of expertise there. While both times I paid for an inspection or pre-inspection, Todd actually pointed out 95% of the things the inspectors found. In my new home, he is helping me think through which improvements I should make with a lens on both making it an even more ideal setting for day-to-day living and increasing home value. Additionally, he has a great network of contractors and stagers which was super helpful when selling a property. I always appreciated his willingness to ensure I got my dream home. I was honestly so ready to have a private backyard in the midst of the pandemic that I might have compromised earlier in the process but appreciated Todd’s willingness to push me that we should still look and could find my dream home. Additionally, he is always willing to go above and beyond. For example, in passing I mentioned the water bill at my parent’s condo was higher than expected so he stopped by to ensure there wasn’t any running toilets or leaks. Or when I couldn’t figure out how to deliver a check given some work-related obligations, he arranged for someone on his team to come pick it up and deliver it.
