Fantastic experience: Vicky takes a white gloved approach to real estate. We worked with Vicky for over a year. She tirelessly sent us recommendations for houses to see every week and we had private showings with her almost every weekend - the exceptions were when the listing agent did not allow them. Vicky puts in the hard work to understand the market. She is actively representing buyers and sellers and seeing houses which allowed her to share many insights with us about what to expect from the market. We were picky about the house we wanted but Vicky never tried to force us into anything. We were worried she would grow tired of working with us because we were so picky but she had the attitude that every house we saw was closer to the one we would buy. She never made us feel like we were taking too long. Vicky offered helpful advice for how to make a competitive offer and did an excellent job representing our interests and negotiating based on the inspection. Fantastic experience: Over the summer, I had the opportunity to use Vicky's real estate office and take advantage of Vicky's extensive experiance and knowledge of the market, It's trends, pricing and demographic for selling. It came at a difficult time where my dad had passed away and we needed to sell the family home. Within the first seven days, we had 12 viable offers and even after the first prospect backed out, we already had a second offer that was accepted and closed the deal. Vicky was so enormously helpful through the whole process, before, during and even after the sale of my mom's condominium. The unit needed to be sold after my mom's death. This was my first experience in selling a property and it was overwhelming and complicated with legal issues, probate, physical condition in need of repair and renovation, and emotional issues. Vicky was so knowledgeable and professional yet also very caring and concerned for what was best for me. Vicky showed me other properties, that were comparable, but were in newly renovated condition and helped me to understand the impact of condition on market value. Vicky brought in contractors to give estimates and advice on what repairs would be needed or for total renovation. She is very experienced spent time to explain the pros and cons of the various options available for selling. Vicky also gave me information and contacts for dealing with the overwhelming amount of stuff in the unit. Vicky was really knowledgeable about all the issues for vetting buyers and carefully evaluating offers. Throughout the process I always felt that Vicky was more interested in my comfort, understanding, and in allaying my fears and anxieties and supportinfg my decisions than in her own profit. Fantastic experience: Our first impression of Vicky was "Wow, she is very responsive" and it only continued from there. Vicky's knowledge of the market conditions was clearly demonstrated by the in-depth CMA she provided. Negative experience: interesting that you say you don't know me! You perfectly know who I am. It's obvious based on your response you know who I'm. I was approached by Vicky a few times asking if I'd like her to list my house for me. I told her thank you, but I'd like to sell it privately. After continuously trying to pressure me, she got upset and said in a very rude manner, "Good luck, because you'll really need it". The day of my open house, my friend came inside and told me that there was a woman standing in the yard saying all kinds of negative things about the house, and trying to steer people away from it. Vicky was suggesting that they go to a house on her listing instead. After speaking with her, a few of the potential buyers who came to see the house, decided to leave. Vicky is a bully, and bullies people into working with her. If you are looking for an agent, find someone with a little more class

Negative experience: I met Vicky a few months ago. We did not give her our listing as we wanted to sell the house ourselves. She tried to pressure us into selling with her, however, we would not budge. Because she did not have our listing she unfairly spoke negative about the house we were selling right in front of potential buyers who came to see the house at our open house. There are many real estate agents out there. My advice is to find one that is both fair and knowledgeable even when they are not the listing agent. Having someone like Vicky whether you are the buyer or the seller will not give you an advantage but will be a disadvantage.

Negative experience: Considering Vicky as your realtor? Confident she would be selling the condo we were looking at this afternoon, Vicky felt it totally appropriate to turn away business from an open house. She was barking orders at everyone who came in (no "hello" or "welcome" or smile here) and turned me out when I could not remember the name of my realtor to write on the sign-in sheet (and I am not entirely comfortable writing my full contact information on a sign-in sheet seen by many people). This has never happened to me at an open house and she said she "couldn't help that other people don't do their jobs." She continued to shout at the door at me as I left (she said I would not be permitted to view the unit). If you want your realtor to shame prospective buyers who may be struggling with learning disabilities and/or memory loss, she is your woman!
